Mio Amore itself is a fame and craze. Is there's any left for people unknown still about it? I don't think so.

I want 2spoon for 2 kids even they don't gave 2spoon for 2 pastry in Purcell box. Kindly tell me how could they eat?

If I talk about product like cakes and other snacks & beverages then it's superb, yeah but a bit expensive. The space is limited i think not more than 7or 8 people could fit in. This place is just on side of G. T. Road so 24/7 transport facility available. One more thing that few worker is way much rude probably they need good traning for customer handling. Although Shop is perfect ️️

Yes, the brand is no doubt is very good and very impressive, but the franchise owner the old lady is very rudy type, she actually fills that she is a company brand owner. She have not a good manner to interact with customers. This is very sad situation, company need to visit this particular store and learn to him some kind of manners.

Most of the time they will give you old stuff, like few days old. Even after complaining there is no refund, even though you might have the food in your hand and ask them to taste it.
Staff is very rude and is not professional, the owner (old lady) is very rude and doesn't knows how to interact with customers properly. She behaves like they are giving food for free.

Do yourself a favor and don't go here. There is something about most Mio Amore Shops which is straight down evil and scam artistic type.

1. Most of the time they'll get your order wrong, have to cross check like 2-3 times.

2. It's 2021 and this shop still doesn't accepts UPI Payment.

3. Even though they do happen to have change in hand, they will always tell you they don't have any. Last week when I went there total was 155, I gave them Rs. 200, they told me they didn't had change, I had to walk to other shop, buy a coke and ask him to give me Rs. 5 in change, return back to this scammy shop and then give them Rs. 5

4. If you go to this shop on weekends, chances are you will be getting 2-3 days old pastries.

After looking at these people's continuous scammy pattern, I am convinced to not go here anymore. Also the owner is a grumpy boomer lady (I guess) and is rude most of the time.

Very popular brand shop, for bakery products. Space is just okay, for a shop like this. Definitely more space is required. Service is good, maintaining covid 19 restrictions very well.

Behaviour is very rude, they really don't know how to behave with customers, stock is very limited and most important is worst service, need to change themselves otherwise losses customers everyday.

The mio branch i have ever visited in my life. Most of the times they keep stale food. One of the smallest shop i have ever saw. The staffs are also not polite. They treat you as if they are paying for your food. They dont even allow Zomato, swiggy to deliver the food.

There is a lady in the shop who is like doing a favour to you by selling cakes. The behaviour is worst. Better go the chinsurah or Kalyani store.
