Food in every mio amore is same Which differentiates is the behaviour of the staff. It is extremely sad to see the shop owner behaving in a rude manner with customers. It's not only me Many others also have the same complaint. I think this is his side business. May be a source of side income so he doesn't bother to behave with the customer in a good way.
The man (apparently the owner) is very rude and the service of the shop is very dissatisfying. He is very difficult to interact with. Also, one time he promised to deliver a cake that we wanted to order and then on the day of delivery there was no sign of the order. When we called to find out what had happened, he informed us that the cake cannot be delivered and that we had to come and pick it up. He didn’t even have the decency to inform his customers of his failure of service, while they waited for him cluelessly.
Their Behavior is worst. They try to show artificial smile n politeness, but the moment if you have some query. Their irritatation and anger comes out. They even behaves badly with their staff. Will not visit EVER this shop.
Very disappointing service. The woman who apparently seems to be the manager, is one of the most ill behaved person I've come across. She's impolite, arrogant and treats customer as if she's doing a favour and has also trained her assistants to behave in the same way. Hope to see this shop get shut down someday. P. S- If you prioritise your self respect more than your hunger, please never visit this store.
