Mio Amore - The Cake Shop (Durgapur)

Firstly the taste of cake is not at all good, you get that feel of satisfaction after eating cake here.
No sitting space in the store, they just tell to get out of the store and eat! And lastly unprofessional staff.

The behaviour of female staffs of city center shop is extremely bad, rude. They don't know how to talk with the customers. If staffs are not changed and goes on like this I think like me many will not like to visit again.

I purchased this eggless cake for my birthday and it was absolutely splendid!
The flavour, the decoration and my love for stars, altogether made me so happy!

I called Mio Amore Benachity Durgapur, to book a customized cake but to my surprise I recived an extremely rude behaviour from a male staff, an unacceptable behaviour from a brand like Mio Amore, Shameful. Owner must see into it. Not going to visit here for sure.

Food quality is good, prices are reasonable according to food taste & quality. Service is also good.

Very bad behaviour of Shopkeeper.
And staf also.

So, i called them for booking the cake and one of your employe she picked up the call I told her about the order and she is like (hobe na) and hang up the call very rudely.
I didn't believe so i called again and she cut the call after receiving.

It's very disappointing for me.

Its a nice place to order cakes and pastries.they have a variety of cakes to choose from with reasonable price.

Cakes and food items are very yummy but staff's Specially few female staff's behavior with customer is extremely bad.

I called from delhi for order of a cake, staffs are really bad in handling customer.the delivery was for deshbandhu nagar durgapur. I cancelled immediately.pls dont put any order here esp for home delivery.
