Mio Amore - The Cake Shop (Santoshpur)

Ordered cake online via Zomato. We gave the baking instructions that there would be something written in the cake with yellow frosting, if not pink frosting. Cake arrived WITHOUT ANY WRITING.

Pathetic shop and levels of service, will never buy from them again. Worst experience.

A small franchise with good stock of cakes, pastries, patties, cookies and more from Mio Amore. However, the space for customers to stand is very narrow. It can hardly accomodate 4-5 people at a time. The behaviour of the new staff working there is good.

Different types, different price excellent cake, pastry, patties available.

It was good. And place is also clean but the employee over there little bit lazy.

You can't ask over the phone of any price purpose. They have 2 staff very busy i guess so there behaviour over the phone not good at all. But interesting thing is when they serve you they are like 'serve for you' type. But it's about the cake or chicken 65 and that's the product you can buy and teste like heaven. Please visit don't call.
