Mio Amore - The Cake Shop (Kamalgazi)

Food quality is good but not the behavior of the people who work there… too rude and lazy.after asking 3 4 times she served the food… very disappointing

Staff behaviour is very bad, there no other option thats why people go there. And they handled the trash bin with bare hand then served food with the same hand without washing or sanitizing.

The woman is absolutely useland very rude in talking. Moreover she knows nothing and for every single info she has to rely upon the boy who sits on the shop

Very bad behaviour of the female staff.we love mio amore but because of that staff we stopped going there. There are too many options.change your staff, otherwise you'll loose ur loyal customers.

Very much unprofessional behaviour of the female staffs there. Last day a customer almost ordered a cake and left the shop without ordering in the last minute. And they never have a change.totally unprofessional behaviour. So disappointed. I always buy stuffs from there but they never improve their behaviour.

Never visit this particular outlet of Mio Amore. Staff are very unprofessional, they don't co-operate at all they would keep you waiting for long. They won't listen to whatever you say & their behaviour is also very rude towards their customers!

Worst behaviour of 3 girls staff. If someone requests something, they make faces and laugh on that. It has been a habit of this outlet of Mio Amore to disrespect customers. I hope I could have given -10 rating

Behaviour of the male staff is not good also unhygienic doesn't wear gloves and caps.

I have eaten almost all the products of this outlet, in those, I like the red velvet pastry, choco chips pastry, chicken cutlet & chicken internet very much. Loved the chocolate feather cake️️

The staff here is well behaved and frinedly.
Price is nominal. And, taste & quality of the products are upto to the mark, in respect of the price.

Always a good experience

Absolutely no professionalism, ruined a booked golden jubilee cake, and denied any responsibility saying "it's the company's fault".
Demanded full payment for a ruined cake. Don't book anything here.
