Very congested and small shop.staffs are unable to handle the customers if it is more than 3 or 4 persons at a time.

I have a lot from a friend who has been a local there for ages now and been wanting to try and when I did this I was immediately floored.
The shop is tiny compared to the general standards, but it's makes up for it by being good at what it is supposed to be good at, the CAKES.

The salesman was rude and did not know how to treat a customer. Even an innocent question, like up to what time the shop is open, was not answered and mocked at.
