Mio Amore - The Cake Shop(Deshapriya Park)

Not up-to the standards and items available are not fresh. Very low standards of cakes which expose their true quality once you take the first bite.

I have always love Mio Amore since I was a kid and being a 90’s kid I swear on ur chicken internet if u ever bring back Rupankar Bagchi’s jingle u will lose me and my family as customers…

Pathetic service. They are defaming mio amore's name by Selling rotten products. If mio amore starts doing this then very soon they'll be like kathleen.

Manual bill given upon request but calculation on bill wrong. Please change to electronic systems. Staff (including supervisory) are not wearing masks properly, not maintaining social distancing.
Also, if a customer has an order of several items, that customer should be released if first in the queue, and not be interrupted and made to wait for several customers who have come in later, just because they are ordering fewer items (they took their own sweet time placing their order too). Staff training inadequate.

Doesn't pick up costumer calls. Does not provide customers with order bills. No responsibility regarding calling back anc clearing doubts. Today i paid total bill of 390 but got i item less and i have tried to call them on whatsapp as well as on normal call for more than 7times.but it all went in vain.

Asked for a bill for the items purchased but was politely refused. Else would have given 5 stars.

Just bought it from mio amore sarat bose road, near Lansdowne and the choco vanilla mousse cake was stale, stinky. Worst thing i ever consumed

Such a bad experience. Shop owner used abusive words and slangs to his staffs infront of customers.the shop should be shut down soon.

Located just opposite to the Deshapriya Park Children's Park's entrance next to Nataraj Book store. Nice and cosy. Good food. Recommended.
