Mio Amore Cake Shop

I had a very bad experience today. A cake was delivered at my home. I live abroad and there was a miscommunication at my home and I called the shop if it was delivered. I called to enquire. The guy who answered the phone started cursing me with filthy abusive third class language. The cake was for a very happy occasion and it was thoroughly ruined and absolutely destroyed by the most horrible languages he had used. I am so ashamed that these people have been appointed to service people. If this is their attitude and language skill the MANAGEMENT should consider thinking twice about what kind of future they will have in here. No body deserves to be talked and treated this way. Any dispute can be treated in a professional manner as far as I am concerned. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted by their treatment.

We visited Mio Amore Ballygunge Phari near by (petrol pump) today and had very bad experience as because this store has very bad staff and team management. Staff name AJAY, just does not know how to respectfully talk to another person. He doesn't have any respect for the customers. Not only did he misbehave with me and my wife, he was throwing the food in the packets when asked to pack the food properly.

Another Lady staff works there, her behaviour is so rude, as she serves the food like a beggar.

If anyone has even a little bit of self-respect, please never ever visit this Mio Amore Store of Ballygunge Phari More.

Extremely unprofessional and out of etiquettes. That guy needs to learn hospitality and manners. First come first serve service should be followed. Extremely extremely disrespectful.

It right behind the petrol pump. Has everything a mio amore is expected to have. Satisfied.

In this Mio Amore outlet there is a women staff with very rude behaviour and bad manners.she thinks she owns the outlet and talk to the customers very rudely.please dont go to this outlet there are more outlets around us.lets teach them a lesson that a customers are the only reason she is working over there and getting her salary.should know how to behave

Mio amore is always special as it serves the best cakes and pastries for special occasion. I ordered this cake for my mother in law - flavour (butterscotch) this was absolutely delicious and crunchy. Neither too sweet, the flavour was absolutely amazing.

Yesterday on 13 th June I bought a cake from this Mio Amore outlet. In the shop, they claimed that the cake is fresh but due to the humid weather, we should keep it inside refrigerator. Unfortunately, on opening it, we found that the "Use Before date in 12 th June". However, due to the present pandemic situation, we have not gone to the shop again. But we found that the cake got rotten. It was my birthday and Mio Amore ruined it.
Also the outlet does not give any receipt.

We purchased from the shop but left the packet by mistake when we went back we were refused the packet. This is so dissapointing

Collection of food is little short and cost is little high compare to the nearshop suger and spice. Most of the time I prefer suger and spice between the two. Though it stock of ice cream, cake, fast food are admirable.it is situated very near to ballyguange fari crossing near petrol pumps.

Staff are cordial there's no hustle and bustle like other similar shops.located right at Ballygunge Phari more.and at end of the day no stock is left and fresh stock comes so there is no chance of left food being served.hygiene is also maintained
