I visited the mio amore behala thana branch and one male staff over there without uniform he was literally scolding the other staffs why they use calculator while billing. He commented to one staff that”r u illiterate". In front of customers he supposed not to do this kind behaviour. In my opinion that guy is so unprofessional. Even foods are also not fresh. Never going to buy from behala thana branch. Horrible experience. Horrible customer behaviour and food quality.
