pre Ordered a Birthday Cake for my friends birthday day for 13th of October. Order placed at 11th October. Which cost me 1100/- and I got a fully rotten & sour cake, we rushed to the store with the cake to complain one of the the staff was so illmannered and behaviour was very bad, Even he try to insult us when we ask for refund and a copy of the bill. No matter what but Mio Amore's quality of food is decreasing day by day and the staffs are even worst they don't even sympathies abou the fact a birthday party is ruined. Over that they were very rude.

They are not accepting b' day cake order from 16.9.23 on account of Biswakarma Puja on 18.9.23.

Very bad stuff behavior.one lady stuff she thalking with me in wrong way and she speking with me very loudly please take action otherwise i will go for consumer code

The atmosphere was good, staff was awesome, they prepared the food really fast.

Always the favourite cake shop of Kolkata people.initially it was known as Monginis.this new cake shop near Narkelbagan is of nice standard too.price is cheap but cakes are delicious.

Yesterday evening we visited your store (MioAmore-Rajdanga, 770 Rajdangamain road Kolkata, 700107, staff members have no manners they misbehaved because we asked them for tissue paper second time and asked to keep it on table only in case we want it again. He directly said no, when we asked why, Staff said because I don't want too! In a very bad tone. Very bad service.

Third class outlet and staff are full motherchod. Thry will behave in a way like they are owners of the franchise. They accept QR payment at their will.harassing customers in the process.
