Smelly and no proper infrastructure. Extremely dirty and crowded. Lack of transportation is a major concern. We have to pay 1000 for 10 mins. The distance is less than 5 km from Old Digha.

However, if you are not a fan of fishy smell, you might want to avoid the market area or wear a mask.if you are coming from New digha, you can easily reserve a whole e-rickshaw for 250 rupees and 10 rupees parking. The ride is comfortable and convenient, and the driver will drop you at your desired location.
Beautiful place for walking beside sea. Not ideal for people who doesn't like Fishy smell. Because as it is an estuary (মোহনা), there are so many fishing boat that are unloaded here. Besides that all are good. You can buy fresh fish here and they will packed it in thermocol box with ice.
