Monginis Cake Shop

The food is very good. I ordered two chicken 65 and two pastry.chicken 65 taste is really good.

The food is very good but the behaviour of the staff is quite unprofessional, specially that lady who works on the morning shift. Went to buy a cake, after that behaviour of that lady i changed my decision.
The only advice i can give as a loyal customer is to change their particular staff, otherwise the company will face huge loss especially if they are competing with the other brands on that particular road.

Ordered 4 pastries, containing each one 2 pieces but they gave 3only and when I said about this at the store neither they offered any refund nor an apology very poor service and rude behaviour

Went to this shop day before yesterday.staff's behaviour is very bad and they don't allow eating inside the store, I went there when I was very hungry after the office and I was just about to eat, the mannerless lady stopped me n told me to eat outside the store, I asked her how is it possible to eat by standing outside at such a congested place like behala tram depot? She told me that company has installed CCTV camera at their store, although I couldn't find any camera. Never expected this kind of behaviour from Monginis staff.

Price is worthy.
Cakes are really nice. Not only the cakes the other items like patties, pestrie, are really Delicious.
One of my favourite fast-food over there is chicken 65.
All of the item are really nice and justified with its price.
