Monginis Cake Shop

I had ordered an Anniversary cake which costs me Rs. 4500/-, while ordering the shop lady said I have to pay delivery charge which I agreed to pay infact I offered her more money as tips just Bcz I was so excited about the cake and I had requested to deliver it by 5 pm at the ceremony hall. The day she supposed to deliver she didn’t send me until 6pm.she called me near about 6 pm and told u have to pay more money Bcz nobody wants to come for deliver, that time the situation was terrible. She said I have to pay more money for delivery or else she won’t be able to deliver my parents anniversary cake. I agreed to pay again. She has send her son nd one more stuff for delivery. The moment they opened the cake I was so disappointed to see it, it was not the same cake. When I said this is not the same one that guy called her mother and told that’s not the same one nd she replied company send this cake and I have to receive this only. I was in sin. My all relatives started coming nd the cake was not ready. I felt like to cry. That time I said I don’t want to pay extra money they said I have to. They forced me to pay extra money which I not suppose to. Then while cutting the cake I realise they didn’t provided knife which I paid for. The lady even charged me for knife, plastic bag, even for the cake box after paying Rs. 4500/-. I had almost paid Rs. 5500/- for a simple cake. The experience is too bad. I want to request you all plz don’t order anything from there for any big event Bcz they don’t have emotions at all, they only know money and after u pay they even forget to deliver the service back. I will never go back again. It’s better to go to Mio Amore instead of Monginis.

Tastes of cakes, savouries are great recently celebrated a day when my father comes home after many days suffering in hospital, This cake was suggested by the shop owner makes that day more special

Ordered a chicken patty, chicken pie and chicken pattice. All stale. Never expected this from Monginis. Extremely disappointed. Be honest enough and say the items are not fresh.
Terrible experience.

We thought the mio.amore was the new version of monginis but after seeing monginis coming back, all doubts were clear! Bt i would say that comparing the quality is not at all like it was before! I tried their Orange pastry, price 23 rs.was average!

We had chicken web which was good and then chicken cutlet which was stale. And I understood only after having a bite. So wasted money on those stale food. I insist that they shouldn't serve people with stale food. Otherwise the chicken web Patty in the hot machine was fine.

Never visit this particular shop, as they don't maintain any hygiene or I don't think they have any idea about the term hygiene. They sell unfresh items which includes puff and pastry items. With my personal experience, i was given with a rotten snack item (chicken reshmi puff), as their assumption was it from today's stock.

Pathetic store with unprofessional staff and illiteracy. Me and my friend visited the showroom today only, and never in a lifetime will ever visit the store again. Pastry items were dried out and one my friends snack item which she received was rotten. They don't even have any mentality to change or refund the amount, totally waste of money.

Glad that monginis has re-entered the market. Their products now are very similar in looks and taste with Mio Amore. I hope they will make some differentiation.

Monginis is back. Lots of nostalgia!
Food quality is really good and the prices are very affordable and perfect.
Seems like they are competing with Mio Amore.
