Monginis Cake Shop

Worst experience from monjinis chandannagar. I ordered a birthday cake for my brother via zomato. At the time of delivery I couldn't pick my phone. But after 10 minutes when I called them monjinis suggest me to contact with zomato when I contacted with zomato they suggest me to contact with monjinis chandannagar near church branch. They didn't want to give my cake or refund my money. Then the kid's parents had gone to monjinis to pick the cake from shop and they requested humbly but monjinis show him " it's your cake but we don't give without money. You should pay again". It's 9 years kid's birthday. They should feel shame like that talk. They don't give customers value. That situation spoiled his birthday too. By the way I begged 100 times sorry from both monjinis and zomato and to give the cake to this little boy. I have many questions around. If the cake spoiled due to delivery time or contaminated by delivery partner (spoken by zomato and monjinis) why they kept the cake in the rack of the shop? # worst experience from zomato and monjinis. I think they both sorted out this matter with them. # stop it. # value emotion. Refund money or face the consequences of the consumer forum.

I go to visit with my friends I eat butterscotch pastry and chicken 65 product quality are very good

Great cakes are available from here. Great taste in their cake. I am really just fan of monginis cake.

The donuts are delicious.but they were not clean when I ate them the second time. The third time I tried the cakes I was disappointed.it was very sweet and not fresh.the clerk said it was not possible to buy only one, but he asked me to buy two? Did I forget that I spent nearly 500 on the gift box for the first time? I'm so sorry that I won't go there again. Very unpleasant consumption experience. I don't recommend buying small cakes.

I visit this place many times and the foods and pastries are very tasty and healthy. You can easily trust on their quality

The shop is in a very good location, just opposite of the church. The shop is very clean and spacious. Most of the staffs are ladies and they very friendly. They are helpful and nice too. Lots of varieties are available in breads, cakes and pastries. Prices are also reasonable. Dont forget to LIKE my review if it helps.

Did not get cake 2 day before birthday Very disappointed that I can't get a cake from monginis on 21.12.2019 for my sons birthday. The staff didn't took order and told me order has been closed from 15th.dec to 15th jan. What a company & where I am living I don't know.
