Absolutely worst behaving staff. So rude & disgusting staff. She knows how to make a customer fool. You can't choose your cake wise. You have to accept whatever she handed over to you. Absolutely ridiculous.

Good collection of food, birthday cake, pastry. Neat and clean environment. Varietry of birthday decoration items are available. One stop destination. Must visit.

I am very happy with my 5 Years old son's special "SPIDERMAN CAKE" with sweet colour massage. The cake is very special for my sweet little son. Thank you so much for your creative idea and specially help for me to happy Birthday wishes. Many many thanks to you Mam and your other stuffs.

Very peculiar rules at this shop! This is the only eatery I have ever come across where they charge separately for the ketchup when you buy a patty! Also, you are not allowed to use the dustbin inside the shop.you are instructed to use the one outside the shop! Very strange people!

Most pathetic Monginis ever. They sell old foods which you can easily identify as they are hard. They have very few footfalls and hence their inventory does not get sold on a daily basis. They do not even know how to retain a customer.

I had been a regular customer of this outlet but after a few very bad experiences I have shifted to Mio Amore patuli whose foods are very fresh.

One more branch of Monginis in Patuli Baishnabghata. Near by Welland Gould Smith School. Rate is reasonable. Quality is good at this price point.

The owner lady is ill-mannered, lacks basic courtesy & etiquette that should be shown to customers.

Red velvet, raw mango, blueberry, pineapple, butterscotch and mango mousse are some of delicious cakes available. Also dry cakes like a brownie or simple chocolate, vanilla, fruit and walnut cake is also available. They have creme rolls worth rs 20 a peice and you will enjoy it.
Other than cakes, a variety of snacks like chicken/veg patties, famous chicken internet, burgers, pizza, hotdogs, paneer and chicken sub, veg/chicken sandwich with cheese, corn buckets and more. You can get a range of cookies and breads.

I comoliment this is a best place in whole garia and patuli area for pastrys and saverys.i orderd a 3d cake and they make it wonderfully.i eat also there pastrys saverys itss just awesooome

Excellent store with a wide range of savouries and pastries to choose from. Prices are quite reasonable and their savouries are absolutely delicious. Outlet is quite clean and hygienic. Worth a visit.

Food is Good but Staff behaviour needs to improve. Smile in your face when dealing with the customer changes everything.

Please improve your packaging, don't serve burgers and hot dogs in sloppy envelopes, atleast provide box. Purchased 2 chicken burgers and one red velvet cake. All the products were stale and not at all good. The bun on chicken burger was hard. Only the chicken shaami kebab was good.

Today I have purchased 3 pcs butterscotch pastries, the pastries are not fresh, I think this is atleast 2 days old stock. Total wastage of money. One of my family members thrown it. I never purchase anything from this store in future

Loved it. Not the place but their cakes and pastries and Patties. Just mouth watering. Lots of people are buying it daily.

This is one of the best Monginis outlet in this area. The place maintains very good level of hygiene and keep the place really clean. This stuff there really courteous. And the counter service is is very much pleasing. The counters are full of fresh products and by the end of the day most of the products get sold out. I had tried many items from here and every time I was totally satisfied.

Well maintained environment. Very delicious cakes, pastries & savouries at a reasonable price. Well mannered members.

We ordered a customized jungle cake for our daughter's bday and it was awesome. All enjoyed the cake and was asking from where we have ordered.

Any Customized & 3D Cakes are available within 2-3 working days at good rate. The shop is 365 days open from 9am - 11pm. The ambiance is neat & clean. Parking available.
