Pathetic staff. Behaviour is not good. Rooms are also unhygienic. Do not waste your money here. You will feel scammed afterwards! There are lots of good rooms available in that area.

Worst experience ever i have ever went through pathetic room, unhygienic beds and rooms and very rude and abusive staff behaviour.

Price hike to 20 percent in beetween 3-2 months. No any good facility to regular customer

Very nice hotel at the heart of the town. All the hotel staff were excellent and the room service was also very good. I stayed with my family from 10.02.2020 to 13.02.2020. Food was also very nice and was at reasonable rate.

The hotel is near the market but away from the chaotic roads so the position can't be better.the rooms are quite clean and hotel is family friendly the rules and restrictions are loose.there are dormitories on the ground floor perfect for a one day stay in siliguri with a big family returning from darjeeling or gangtok.

This hotel is not up to the mark. Siliguri isn't a tourist place, so their services are "understandable". I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as there are many hotels around this place where one can get more facilities and better services at the same price.

Avarage hotel but minimum cost.service is good.but a bad smell inside the hotel.behavior of manager is good.i preferred the outside food here.specially Netaji hotel for lunch dinner. 2minutes from motorist.
