Moulisha Resort Joypur Bankura

Very very horrible experience in this hotel we booked for one day. First day we visit this hotel and ask them for lunch and it was too late for lunch. I have a baby and he crying for food. They have two staff all over the hotel. Everything ask them they give us this after 1 hour. I told them for extra pillow for my son they don’t give us through one day.very Bad behaviour this hotel staff specially one man we don’t know his name. Food is good my their staff and communication is horrible. I don’t ever travel for this hotel

Booked Room For 2 Days, but because of very poor service left room after 1 day.
Rooms are ok, price is high, food & service is worst.

Nice place to stay in. Very good natural environment, budget friendly cottage. Peaceful place to spend time in lap of nature. Food is not at all worth of price. Ordinary quality with high price (4 pc luchi served with alu curry and one sweet cost 100 rs). Service is very slow. Lack of staffs. U may face problem of insects inside some room. This can be a good and budget friendly option to stay if u choose other place for fooding.

Simply understaff. The hospitality is very bad. Food is not sufficient. The staffs should be increased in future for better experience. Overall an average experience through out the vacation.

Our experience was great. Calm and peaceful. Very close to nature. Staff behavior is very good. Good food and clean room. I personally meet the owner their hospitality is very good. Must recommend

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who recently visited your place. Rooms and atmosphere is good, for that 2 star. Service is pathetic. Ordering a simple tea takes nearly 40 mins to get served. There were 4 people for which 2 plates were provided. When asked for another 2 plates, it was served nearly after 30 mins when food was nearly done. Food was taking around 45 mins to serve, yet cold. Price of meal is over priced compared to quantity. Not visiting again in near future until these points taken care of.

Resort and the food at there are very good but the manager/caretaker is so bad. Any discussion with owner wouldn't be considered as the manager is all in all at there. Suggest others that don't book at this resort without any written confirmation and this resort should be considered later after seeing some other resort

We booked 1 Double bed AC tree house for 1 day by making prior advance. They provided a normal room which was too cheap and dirty. There was no staff to attend, provided dinner at 11: 30pm, that too after repeated requests. When we asked resort owner about not giving tree house, she said they provided it to another family as they booked it for 3 consecutive days. They didnt even compensate us by giving a rebate on our room rent, rather misbehaved. Tv didn't work, food was pathetic. One should not call it as a resort, rather can term it as a motel. No management, hospitality, nothing. Worthless.

So beautiful place best resort in Jaipur. All staffs behaviour amazing.
You visit here just call Rana Da and all set.

The good thing about this resort is that it is located in joypur jungle and banalata resort is nearby if you want to take dine in, you can easily go there and take your breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Servicing is very very very poor.cost of room and food are not justified.please don't go there.

We came from bankura to see the property.but the manager didn’t even allow us to see inside.behaviour was too rude.don’t go there

Place is great, rooms ar really good. However service is not so good, a little unprofessional, cleanliness is an issue, the kitchen being quite dirty, and food variety is little. However stay is comfortable and behaviour of staff is impeccable!

Disgusting staff, careless and irresponsible owner. Charged money for unprovided services. When denied locked the door and threatened. Misbehaved with women and threatened. Finally police had to come for rescue. This resort should be closed down by the government.

One of the thing is that this location of resort is far from main road which a problem and middle of jungle but rooms are good not great according to amount taken should be improved by adding mirror in from of wash basin and basin is clogged no place for keeping soap? Some lights is room don't work there should be some chairs or wardrobe for keeping things

Service of food and other things are pathetic I asked them for an omlette for breakfast cause they gave us burnt bread with only butter? And egg was half boiled distroted but we had to go to joyrambati kamarpukur and they showed no response of giving it I waited then in anger went away from first day good is bad quality and quantity we had to go one day to banalata resort for dinner in dark Jungle it was good there and food service is very bad not in time they delay in giving it and tell lies when they delay and also there approach is casual not professional everything is slow
Other decoration outside resort was good but it was in a remote location you can get net

Location and cottages are awesome. Food is below average at best, especially given the price charged. Replacement for chicken dinner was egg dinner bereft of any taste. Cooking was rudimentary if one is being generous. Staff was so so, cannot be termed welcoming or helpful. The place could do with some maintenance. Would love to return but would not be taking the food options.

We are very disappointed with the service and behaviour of the owner.
The owner promised us to provide two attached rooms but provide us two seperate rooms for which we have to stay seperately.
Room services are very poor and pathetic.
Bedsheets are old and very dirty.
Food is not same what they have promised at the time of booking.
Food is totally tasteless and quantity is very poor.
Staffs are inexperienced.
If you are planning to book this resort then make yourself ready for facing such terrible problem.

আমি দুঃখের সঙ্গে আমার নতুন অভিজ্ঞতা আপনাদেরকে বলতে চাই, এখানে পানীয় জলের ব্যবস্থা খুবই নিরাশা জনক. খাবারের গুণগত মান খুব নিম্ন সঙ্গে যা কর্মীদের ব্যবহার আচরণ তা আমাদেরকে অতিষ্ঠ করে তুলেছিল. আপনারা যেতে চাইলে আশেপাশে অনেক ভালো রিসোর্ট আছে সেখানে যেতে পারেন। ধন্যবাদ
