How come a top brand like jio started hiring people with zero professionalism.they can't even talk eye to eye and can't help with any queries.they just don't care about whatever problem you have. I have seen better customer service in fish market.
Bunch of lazy unprofessional guys posted here. They are not interested in selling or providing service. If you ask them on call they will ask you to visit other jio store. If you reach the store they will make you wait for 1 hour for a 5 minute job that also because they want to finish talking among themselves
These people are not interested in working. No wonder physical stores are being replaced by online self help. You reap what you sow. Wonder how they intend to do business or earn salaries by not working and by just talking to each other and making customers wait and listen to their chit chat
One of the most worst store, m successful EMI payer HDB finance.m bought vivo y 33.first month EMI they debit properly.next month they charged 427 from my bank when I have already balance mentain in my ac.also they charge EMI two times 1799.till today they hang me for my extra 1799 amount.one of the most worst Jio store, don't buy any kind of phone.
THE EMPLOYEES SEEM TO UNDERGO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES.
I visited the store for getting my Vodafone Sim ported to Jio. As per instructions one of their employees issued the ported sim by taking the Adhaar number as well as OTP sent to my alternate number taking snaps of me as well as my Adhaar for verification purposes. Another employee standing beside also used my Adhaar Card details and the OTP and clicked my Snaps and of Adhaar Card specifying, " the previous images weren't clear, so they need fresh images. " Later on I came to know a new sim has been issued on the same day using my Adhaar Card, as it was visible in MyJio Application.
P. S. A person can use the Adhaar number and provide his personal number in the alternative number field can generate an OTP and it is easy to do any sort of malicious deeds.
Please guys beware of such people and never ever let more than 1 person attend you for your requests. DONT EVER SHARE YOUR ADHAAR CARD DETAILS AND OTP WITH ANYONE ELSE. BETTER YOU YOURSELF TYPE THE ADHAAR NUMBER AND OTP IN THEIR PHONE.
Such cheap thing wasn't expected from a service store of a renowned company like JIO. A matter of high concern.
