Navina Cinema

I went to see Jawan few days back in afternoon. I went there with my bike so I kept it in the parking area. The parking guy took Rs. 20 from me but didn't provide any slip to it. When I asked for it he said that take the money back along with the bike! Is this how you talk to someone! Navina! What the heck was thattttttt?

Well this was a budget friendly hall. But Rs 50/- hike for the Rear seats and Balcony and Dress circle as well, is too much. The rear seats used to be Rs 100/-, at present it is Rs 150/- Well it's too much for a single screen rear seat price. My point is that the price is not justified.

Nice and cozy seats environment is good nice screen and parking is available moreover easily accessible

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Navina Cinema in Kolkata, and I must say that it left a lasting impression on me. This convenience adds to the overall accessibility of the theater, making it easily reachable for movie enthusiasts. This is my personal opinion and experience at Navina Cinema. Individual experiences may vary, but I genuinely believe that this theater offers a delightful movie-watching experience.

Watched tu jhooti me makkar and also jawaan here. Advise to book front row seats as the dialogues cannot be heard properly in the back

From school life to now, with classmate- friends to wife and also with my little daughter i saw more than 100 cinema in this hall.english, hindi, bengali movies.good -big screen, good sound quality
but AC should maintain with a cool plesent temp may be within 20,
secured car parking/ twowheeler parking (Rs. 20/-) behind the hall,
if you buy/carry food from outside that will be more economical

One of the best single screen cinema hall.
The view from balcony is just awesome and the AC is way too cool. So wear a full shirt even during summer. The sound quality is great. Great movie hall at a reasonable rate.

I like this cinema hall, in these era of multiplex it gives us the single screen feel. Reasonable ticket price & good seats & AC inside. Just the ticket counter tickets sellers are not gentle/ well behaving.

Screen is a bit curved and is awesome but the sound quality is not very good. Overall I would say its a good Movie Hall!

Navima cinema hall is a renowned cinema hall. Most of most are been shown in this hall. Now Jawan is going on. Full AC and big hall. Sound is loude

Seats were not as comfortable (DC) as I expected. Sound quality is not up to the mark. However, considering the price, it is good.

My favourite single screen cinema in Kolkata and IMO THE BEST! The best picture, sound, AC with affordable price. Perfect place to enjoy the latest blockbuster along with an energetic crowd! My favourite film experiences here are Endgame (the theater had turned into a stadium), RRR, Jawan

Among the few remaining single screen cinema halls in Kolkata, Navina is a name that rings a bell in many ears. A famous landmark in South Kolkata, Navina happens to be one the oldest cinema halls in Kolkata as well. Apart from its historic value, there's nothing much to laud about as the maintenance, ambience and entertainment quality leaves a lot to desire. The seats are not too comfortable but the cleanliness is also not up to the mark. But considering the cheap ticket prices, it is somewhat of a tradeoff.

Awesome place within affordable price range, a blast of an experience. Highly recommended single screen with good food options.
