It is a good, clean and hygienic place. It has ample space for wedding receptions and parties.

This place generally given in rent for different occasions like marriage and all. Quite spacious, three floors are there including ground floor. No lift facility available here.

The location is towards the interior but it is near the kishor bharati stadium back gate. Space is quite adequate for reception purpose.

Neel mahal is a triple storied compact. Venue for holding any social event of a compact group. The first floor with toilet and modern sanitary fittings is an ideal spot for throwing banquet. Air-conditioning facility is available.

Too high priced. They charge 1000₹ per hour for AC, extra charges for lights. Went to hire for 3 hours of birthday party of a 6 year old. But had to cancel it. As other places they charge plate wise. Otherwise neat & clean hall.

Space is small, but facilities available and front road is narrow. Parking to be done a bit away from the banquet.

Good place for conducting small parties. The lake opposite the hall is a breather and beautiful eye sight.

A hall basically, just beside a pet clinic called pet plus (just in case if you ever need.: 3) The doctor there is great, knows what he does, and I'd highly recommend Dr. Sabyasachi Konar for your furry little one. Coming back to the topic, the place is located just opposite to a pond. The place can be booked for various occasions as per need.

It was nice bt its good for only small functions or gathering more than 70-100 will be difficult to adjust.

Nice place ideal for social ceremonies for people of middle income group. Compact and cozy. Well sanitized and moderately specious.

Have been here in recent times. The building is just opposite a pond and hence is a nice place for family occasions. However, the place is not big and during the peak hours there can be congestions. Thus for small gatherings this is highly recommended, but not for a large gathering.

A full décor two storied building of rectangular shape. The entrance is very well decorated with a big space in front. The spiral stairs is at the left side of the premises which leads to the first floor. There are two wide windows from which you can view the picturesque of Santoshpur. In front of Neelmahal there is a pond from which we get continuous fresh air which makes the ambiance more refreshing. The hall is capable of serving a gathering of 400 guests (approx). It has a small parking space adjacent to the building.
