Hotel was Good, but due to Negligence & no maintenance converted in bad condition! Little time & some maintenance can change in to High Quality!

Very peaceful place for staying one or two days.
Firstly taste of every food is awesome along with free chilled water.
Rooms & washrooms are neat and clean.
Room service is also not bad.
Good behaviour of all staffs including manager.

Reasonable price and conform staying. Family and couples both will enjoy staying.beautifully decorated rooms (2 bed, 3 bed).
Has a bar and ample car parking.

Better than the hotel opposite of it.

Pros -
1) Price per night is fairly cheap for a double AC room.
2) Rooms are well maintained and spacious.
3) Room service and staff are friendly.
4) Food is delicious.
5) They have a pool!

Cons -
1) None

Overall experience was very good

Place for moderately wealthy people. If you can afford then you can try atleast once! It's a nice place to be.

The Bed and the pillow was very hard blanket was without cover, not hygiene at all.
Only pool was there without any water. Food was cold

Very rude and unfriendly help desk. They clearly lack proper training and business culture to understand the requirements and help. The helpdesk at Hotel Girish is very much understanding and cooperative in this regard.

Situated in a nice place, the exterior is very nice compared to the interior. Well maintained and clean rooms. Food quality is good. Only the behaviour of the person in the reception is not upto the mark. The other staff are well behaved. Price is reasonable. Overall nice place for a short weekend getaway

Our stay at Hansraj was great. The room was spacious and definitely was well equipped with all sorts of facilities. Moreover the pool which was newly built was clean and well maintained. Altogether we are happy with the stay

Very much dirty and unplanned one. You can't keep your driver in the driver's accommodation. Very non co operative staffs

Quite a good hotel. Food was good.but not in the river bank.there is a lawn and a swimming pool too.

Nice place at a good location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Both AC and Non AC rooms available. Hotel staff good and helpful. Food is also very good. Still a good Hindu Hotel is just beside. Liquor shop is within compound. Good place to stay if visiting Diamond Harbour. This is a place you would like to come back to time and again. Non AC rooms cost around 800 to 1000. AC rooms cost around 1200+

Horrible experience. The front line manager doesn't even know how to talk to his customers. Not recommending anymore to visit this hotel.

Just ok in terms of quality in respect to diamond harbour, but very poor in respect to standard of Kolkata, food quality is mediocre, bar is not for sophisticated people, options for drinks are very little, and overall unhygienic a little too.

The property is excellent. There is swimming pool, garden, restaurant, bar. But the rooms are not maintained properly.

Very good Place at a reasonable price. Very good behavior of hotel staff and manager. Great and safe place for couples and family also.

I'm just qualifying them for 3s becoz,
1. The price was affordable (AC room 1500/- with 3 beds)
2. There's a Bar&Restaurant just at the entrance of the hotel.
3. The hotel boy was really helpful (suggestions were really costsaving)

As an AC room I expected a exhaust system in bathroom - they don't installed any.
The food items in the menu are just for show, not even roti/paratha at any convenient time. So think 4 urself.

Basic hotel. Basic amenities are missing. The waiters do not even carry luggage willingly. Hot water is only avialable after request. The intercom doesnot work and makes if difficult to access the room service. The elevator is kept shut most of the time. This could be a good option to stay if the best room is offered for Rs 500 or less.

Stayed here for 1 day. Behavior of manager & staff are very very poor which you cant even expect. Food quality is so bad that if you will be served the food in free then also you will not have the interest to have it after taking one bite.
