New Maa Manasa Sweets

The original Maa Manasa Sweets is somewhat oddly located. But the new one, which is this one, is just on the proper location. Food quality is unquestionable. Must try items are rabrri, sour and sweet yogurt (tok misti doi) and sugar free sondesh.

Customer service is really bad. They did misguide us when we asked for Mishtidoi. They gave mangoe flavored yogurt which we didn’t even ask for.

I had a negative experience with their customer service. They provided misleading information, and when I asked questions, their response included inappropriate language

Hopeless experience. Bought Rabri today and found it sour after reaching home one hour later. Earning fame is not easy but to retain is more difficult. Quality control has remarkably deteriorated.
No billing system so no proof! Ridiculous!

The place was one of the most welcoming hotels I have ever stayed. Checkin smooth, checkout smoother. No hassles at all. People at the restaurant guided you so that you enjoy your meal. The food was prepared as per the taste requirements and served hot.
Overall staying here experience was great from me. Recommend for everyone. 5starfor everything.

The sweets are good. Hygiene at the factory can be better maintained by
1.not permitting any footwear by workers and others into the hall
2.providing head covers and facial masks to all workers

Taste wise it's too good but customer management system is too poor they can't manage all customer properly that's why you have to wait (5-7min) for your order, sometimes it's too irritating when you are in hurry. Some of worker are not good and lazy too, although sometimes they are not busy at all but they refuse to take orders by pointing his co-workers and said "ask him for the order that's not my department"

Awesome sweets - "sour n sweet" curd is very special here. Lot of varieties available here along with some good snacks. Moderate pricing comparing to the quantity.

Best sweet shop in Habra Ashoknagar Area. They have wide variety of sweets which can different type of age groups and taste buds. The quality of the sweets is top notch. On top of all this, the price they charge for the products are very very reasonable when you consider the quality and taste. They could give any big sweet shop in Kolkata run for their money. If you are looking for quality sweets in affordable prices this is the place to go. The Vanilla Sondesh, Doi, Rabri are my favourites from the shop.

Rail gate. Car parking is available. So never miss this shop whenever you are going to Habra or adjacent area.

A great sweet shop offering innovative sweets at a very reasonable price. It is unmatched in price and quality in any other place in and around Habra/Ashoke nagar.

Service quality should be increased. Less attention is paid to the customer and customers have to wait a long. Behaviors are not customer friendly.
