New Tripti Inn restaurant

New Tripti Inn is my to-go restaurant. The quality of the food served is very good and pocket friendly. The staff behaviour is commendable. I recommend this place if you are new to the area or planning on grabbing a bite while visiting Bhadrakali/Uttarpara and its surrounding.

Excellent but try to avoid Sunday rush.if you want to experience good food.

After a long time We tried food today food quality and quantity dropped a little bit. Otherwise it is still a pocket friendly option.

Best affordable restaurant in Uttarpara. You can get many food choices at a lower price. But this doesn't mean the quality of food is bad. It is actually quite decent. You can also get snacks over here.

My all time go to restaurant! My favourites are Mixed Fried Rice (insane quantity), Chicken Manchurian, Maharaja Chicken, Chicken Bharta, Chicken Hyderabadi, Chicken Reshmi & Tikka Butter Masala.

Good behaviour, very delicious food, home delivery is also available and it's quite good in surrounding Uttarpara.

Nice staff, super fast service, nice food, good portion size, great location on g.t. Road. Only drawback is a bit oldish structure and crowd which is not classy.

Service is too slow.the waiters pass time on the ground floor while the customers wait for food on 1st floor.

A 'ghoroa' three-storied restaurant with take out at the ground floor, non-ac at the first, and ac sitting at the top floor. AC sitting has additional 10% charge as per their menu booklet, so most petrons including us went to the non-ac section. As of 1st April 2022, they are charging 5% GST on top of the total bill.

We ordered mixed chowmin and chilli chicken, the quantity of chowmin was enormous, two of us felt one plate would've been comfortable for both of us and we packed home, the chilli chicken was decent and rightly spicey. The chowmin too tasted to our satisfaction.

The ambience is pretty average like a run-of-the-mill restaurant, nothing fancy but most of us come here for the good food at decent prices. One of the oldest restaurants in the area, serving long before Uttarpara became what it is now.

They take card payment which is a plus. I hope to return to this place, recommended.

This is the first time I visited this outlet.
Firstly don't expect to be a super duper resturant ambience but yes, this place is very decent and very family friendly ambience. They have sitting arrangement got very good sitting arrangement. I prefer to sit at the first floor so that you can have a good view of the road.

When it comes to food, please go for this place. You not get such a good quantity of food at such reasonable price. We ordered Mixed Fried Rice and Chilly Fish.
Quantity of the Fried Rice was more than sufficient for 2 people. Chilly Fish, taste wise good but one or two peices of fish was half cooked. But overall I recommend to visit this place.

Delivery system is very bad. Yesterday I ordered chicken 65. But I got white colour tasteless gravy chicken. They delivered food after two hours. Very pathetic home delivery system

The food is very good. But the ambience of the overall place is a deal breaker. The entrance is particularly dirty, and people have to go in through the kitchen. Very small space as well - especially if it's crowded, then people will definitely feel a bit suffocating.

Must try Gravy egg prawn Chow. It's very good in test and quantity. Very friendly behavior and cost effective.

We went there in the afternoon, and we wanted to have our lunch where there's an AC, well it was written that the AC is on the 2nd floor and an extra of 10% we'll need to pay for that (fair enough), when we went to the second floor, there was no one to attend us, the AC was not working.we waited there for 5 minutes hoping that someone will attend us and make us feel valued and comfortable but there's nothing like that! I've never come accross to such a restaurant who gives this kinda pathetic service to their customers! So, we straight away went from there to find another restaurant.
Also, we feel the restaurant is not hygienic enough and also not maintaining the cleanliness standards.
Disappointed.

If I had a chance to rate it below 1 star I surely would have done that. The staff is totally unprofessional. They don't have no sense of hospitality. The place is untidy and unhygienic. We went to 2nd floor as it was supposed to have AC. But there was no one to attend us. Forget AC, even fans were not operating properly. We dropped the idea of dining in such a place and moved to another restaurant

The best place in Uttarpara for chinese and indian food. Chilli chicken, fries rice are simply too good. But the best part is the egg roll which contains a potato curry making it very delicious and wholesome.

It's a pocket friendly restaurant in Uttarpara. Other than biriyani try anything, you won't be disappointed. My favourite dish here would be chicken tikka masala

I love their Nonveg American Chop Suey very much.
The quantity and quality of the food is amazing.
Lots and lots of ingredients - Green Bean, Capsicum/Green Bell Pepper, Carrot Chicken, Prawn/Shrimp, Mushroom, Baby Corn, Scrambled Egg, Omelette, Tomato gravy/sauce.
Quantity is more than enough for one person.

The best and tasty food you can get in Howrah district. Yet the prices are so reasonable. Me and my girlfriend frequently visit this restaurant and enjoy out little delicious meals. If you ever visit, the chilly chicken tandoori is a must. Absolutely delicious.

A 3 stories restaurant, ground floor is tak away. That have non AC and AC seating arrangement in 1st and 2nd floor. Food quality, price, hygiene, ambience is good. Ideal for family dinner or hangout with friends. They also have home delivery service.
The need to improve the washroom and toilet. Not really good with mughlai items.

Everything is good about here. The quality of food, ambience, staff behaviors. Most of all their pricing and quantity of food. Located in Uttarpara near doltola ghat.

I have been a customer of this place for the past 10 yr. And even before this one they have another outlet near by and I used to go there before this one opened. Both the taste and quality, has always been really good since the first day I've been here. But seriously you need to be there to know how good they are. You can understand their popularity by seeing the crowd that goes in and out all the time. So give it a try.

Cheap and not so good quality food. Make sure you put your gut health at risk while having food from this restaurant!
