New Urmila Restora

Recently had the pleasure of dining at this place after a long time. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.
The menu at Urmila Restora offers a wide range of dishes, and I was delighted by the variety of options available. We opted Bengali platter and every item was so tasty. We ordered
Fish fry (ok ok type)
Jeera rice (well cooked and smells good) (4/5), the oil was little bit more
Dal makhani (so tasty 5/5)
Mixed veg (4.5/5)
Katla mach er kaliya (4/5) the pieces were big.
Chicken kosha (5/5) just wow

The experience was preety good. The only lack was their man power is less so it's take little bit more time but the food was really good, like before.

Just a pathetic experience. Chicken cheese roll is 120 and you can not test any. Just 40 rupees extra for the cheese.

Situated at side of G T Road. Good staff and food quality is good. But I faced cash problem. No ATM transaction facility available. Now a days it must be available for public. It will be helpful for all.

Food quality is moderate with respect to cost ambience is also more than average, there is a scope to delelop Customer service attitude of the staffs. They should accept the payment through card, which is very much expected.

Awesome food with good ambiance surely stole your ️. Chicken drums of heaven & biriyani is one of the best in class & quantity of this restaurant.

Had lunch with family. Traditional Bengali thali. Good prepration. Good ambience. Good behaviour.

Good place to waist money.
This is the most third class restora in uttarpara. Very poor management, They can't handle multiple orders while they have two floors, Lack of waiters.
I wish I could rate it zero. Food quality is also very poor according to taste and price.
Totally wastage of money.

One of the most premium restaurants of uttarpara. Location is good but entrance and ambience is bit mediocre. Food taste is good and price is also reasonable. Mutton dopeyaza, special mixed rice and fish fry was excellent. Chicken tikka masala and soup was on better side. Chicken reshmi tikka was tasty but bit sweet. The biggest problem I faced during the visit was lack of cashless transaction. It was bit awkward to pay in cash.

The ambiance used to be okay-ish but now it's too glum. The stuff member have no clue as to what dish tastes like what! If you simply ask for a recommendation you will find they're at a complete loss and the chef, whoever that is needs to learn how to cook. The food tastes all wrong. They are currently not accepting card or any non- contact mode of payment. Can you believe that? Amidst Covid-19 they want nothing but cash!

I ordered 1 mutton Biryani. Qty was gd. 1big of potato & an egg was also there.rice was rightly cooked.little bit oily. Not so spicy.mutton piece was big bt not so juicy (seemed that cooked seperately & added with rice later)

Food quality was really good and ot was served quite gaster than expected. The behaviour of the staff was also very good. I would highly recommend this restuarant to all.

It's very old restaurant at Uttarpara. Foods are awesome testful. Ambience is good. Stuffs are very polite. It's on the 4th floor in the building. You can avail lift to reach the restaurant. All the menu are very testful. It's little bit costly from other same category restaurant.

The resturant is situated at 4th floor the stairs are so congested (Lift facility is available). The environment is a bit dark.
Now comes to the food-the taste is ok ok not super tasty, Over Priced.
