Had a amazing time with hyatt regency everything was so perfect in here i visited the hyatt regency for my meeting purpose and i had a very great stay over there

Very comfortable room and very courteous staff. Overall a heavenly stay and amazing facilities. The room in itself was luxurious and comfortable.

A great place to hang out. One can go with family, children and friends. The whole day will be enjoyable. There is two segregation withing the park. One is the main park and another is the waterpark. If a person takes a combo ticket, then he can avail any ride for unlimited time. There are few free basic rides are there with entry ticket.

The staff service is excellent and applause worthy. My stay here was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway.

Best place for summer Vacation as many water rides are available. Although you must carry extra clothes as you will get wet.

Nice place.good for someone who loves rides.but please avoid Holidays and weekends due to overcrowd.

Best place in kolkata for kids and also a fomous picnic spot.it is one of rhe main attraction and check out place for tourists who visits Kolkata.it has toy train, boatong, Gocarting, cable car and many rides for kids under any age.it has its own restaurant too.

There was a 2 hour waiting time for Nicco Bowl, that too on a Saturday afternoon? Looks like a fun place nonetheless. Will go and try my luck out again.

This is best of water park in kolkata but aquatica's water is better than niccopark water park. Example: clean water

Security in that place doesn't even gives a chance to enjoy the water park as soon as it is 5: 30.

A good hotel in Salt Lake kolkata, beside the stadium, provided with good services and ambience. It also has a good banquet hall.

The hotel is good, but in the recent past their room service standards have gone down drastically. They will make you wait for an hour before the food is delivered to your room. Same is the case with the laundry. I had to call them 4 times and wait for more than an hour to get the person to pickup the laundry.

My past experience with this hotel has been phenomenal. They were simply awesome. But I don't know what has gotten into them recently, my last few times over here has been a little disappointing.

Rooms are nice. It is a five star hotel but I am not quite comfortable with lot of things here. While booking it online, you have to be extra careful with guest details, occupancy, price and cancellation.

For example, I booked it through Agoda for 4 guests, and final confirmation showed only 1 guest as occupant. I had a to struggle well to get it cancelled.

Then its contact number given in the website did not work in midnight when I needed it the most to check about details.

In the room, staff promised to give 3 extra slippers and water, but we never received it.

We got confirmation mail to be charged 25000 but evetually we were charger 27000 plus.

So I am not impressed. It is my first day here, so will explore more and update.

My experience at Hyatt is very nice till now. I am a member of Hyatt regency and I have been using the gym for 2 months now and Santanu Ghosh has helped me alot in keeping myself fit. I lost 10 kg in 1 month by the help of him.

Rooms need serious renovation but the staff is friendly and accomodates your needs. Breakfast is majority south Indian, need to have more options and a proper fruits bar

It's the best amusement park in town!
The rides are old but will give you some thrill, some new rides are also there. In wet-o-wild the number of water rides are less but it will give you some thrill.

Great ambience, but banquet was too crowded for wedding functions! Food was hilarious and disgusting, mongolian and risotto were still fine but rest specially the pizza was just unbelievable! Such tasteless food and no proper hygiene in the food court! A crowded and unorganized space! Staff were good though but hyatt Regency banquet was too compact! Would not recommend for weddings atleast! Rest looks and lawns, clubs, restaurant area were open and luxurious but as per my experience I'm disappointed with their banquet hall! Still a good place to waste your money!

Attended a wedding. The hospitality and service was good, however, the food was very average, the supervising chef's were around but didn't see them actually supervising or being concerned whether the guests were actually enjoying the food (as I had observed in my stay at Taj). The awareness and sensitiveness to people's liking was missing.

Great location for all types of events. Banquet halls are large and spacious. Food provided was great and was adequate enough. Quality is excellent. All the staff members are very helpful.

The place is quite nice the pre function area is quite spacious and the ambience is just fantastic the food was also good and well decorated the Staff behavior is really nice and upto the 5 star standards.

Skydiver, Moonraker, Waterchute, are my favourites. Had a great day. Amazing place for family outing, hanging out with friends or dates.

It is a nice place to visit with friends and family, but when I visited most of the rides were closed. The rides in waterpark were very enjoyable. Food provide was good.

It's a great place to spend time with your loved ones with a huge spread of different cuisine. And deserts are also too good

The only thing that is totally winning hearts is the Coffee in earthen pot (matir bhar). Uniqueness wins.bonus is the choclate in the coffee cup.yum yum

Hyatt Regency Kolkata - You guys have completely lost it. One of the worst experiences I had managing the stay for my relatives.

It seemed as if no body is trained, starting from the reservation desk, front desk, restaurant to central reservation in Mumbai. No body keeps track of any conversations and email instructions. No body remembers any phone instructions either.

Central reservation desk has sent instruction to an email address in Kolkata that the Kolkata Hyatt team does could not even recognize.

There is no coordination between departments. Guests that have already checked in are being asked to pay cash in restaurant without even checking their reservation status with the front desk!

Rude customer service. I wonder why didn't I opt for Taj or ITC Sonar! I fell into the trap of the brand name, Hyatt. Extremely ridiculous. I sincerely think that Hyatt should close their hotel before the staff in Kolkata ruin their global reputation.

To all those that are reading this review, my honest feedback and recommendation - DO NOT BOOK YOUR RESERVATIONS IN THIS PROPERTY.

Covid protocols are being followed, clean rooms, well behaved staff, great spread in breakfast. Swimming pool was open. Less crowded

Everything starting from the room, buffet & staff's behaviour over there was good. But the in-room phone didn't quite work leading to some inconveniences.

Overall, I had a great experience with the ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a weekend.

The pools of wet o wild weren't cleaned properly. The pools had a green coting of alge bacteria it was too slipery I had a very bad experience

It was closed as I visited this place during the Pandemic. And the Guards gave me wrong information that some part of the Park will open in the afternoon but it wasn't so.

Such a horrible experience with Hyatt Regency Kolkata. I never expect such a customer service from Hyatt Group. Here after I never ever vist Hyatt. Thanks Hyatt for ur so called "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I visited 3time with my family, everytime I am satisfied staying this hotel. Especially our family play at swimming pool. It is so good. Service and meal, everything is so good. I will be there again this month.

The minute we stepped into this property, we left behind all the chaos and commotion of the city that hit us like a ton of bricks as we drove from the airport. Along with delivering all the typical ingredients of a classic Hyatt regency, the hotel also showered you with unbeatable hospitality and service that is not easy to find at a Hyatt in the western world. Absolute value for money, and a memorable stay.

LOCATION: Great location next to the salt lake

DINE + DRINK: While they have a range of F & B options, only a couple of them open due to the pandemic. The breakfast was a delightful spread that was worth waking up for. Especially the regional specialities they dished out were absolutely authentic and delectable.

ROOM: We stayed in Room 249, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the Salt lake and and walk-way around it ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: The Aircon was an issue and the room was a bit warm through the night, resulting in loss of sleep! BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa quality toiletries by PHARMACOPIA brand.

FACILITIES: Wonderful Gym with a full range of weights and Cardio machines, that is good enough for a Olympic quality workout! The swimming pool was closed during our visit

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to SAM at the front office, Chef VIKAS, Bubu from Housekeeping. But the star of the service was ERSHAD the F&B in charge who not just enhanced our stay, but also helped with the best dining and drinking options outside the hotel. Rockstar!

Best amusement park in kolkata. The rides are awesome especially the cyclone and the river cave. In the time of pandemic they are abiding all the safety rules and also spreading awareness. The food court is very spacious and the food quality is also great.

Absolutely rubbish hotel with horrible room condition and extremely poor customer service.the bathtub is dirty and worn, seems like very old, problem with water flush in the bath room, hairdryer not working. As a matter of fact bathroom lights are not working and electrician is fixing at 11.15pm while I am sitting and watching after I come back to the hotel fully tired and covid situation in the city so cannot take bath immediately. The television in the room is not working.there are flies sitting on my food at breakfast dinning with poor food service. Absolutely a big no to this hotel. They claim to be 5 star hotel but definitely reporting them to Hotel and restaurant association of india for cancelation of their license.horrible experience

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in India. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and was there for every need of mine.

Very slow. 1.5 hours to get the room service. They do not anticipate requirement. Start thinking of the need after complaining. Do not respond to the internal phone calls for the services. Too much crowed

I have stayed in this hotel from 4th July, 2021- 5th July. Let me share my experience with you. It was the worst 5star feeling I had in my life. They will force you to pay your pending amount in the middle of the night by harassing you, if u are choosing in room dining. For delivering your food they will take 90 minutes. Buffet breakfast which was included in our package was stale, actually most of the things were ready made and nothing was fresh.

I would request all the people to avoid this hotel at any cost and go for a better hotel such as ITC or Westin where you will get the best food experience along with customer experience.

Avoid: Hyatt kolkata at any cost, if you you don't want to spoil your trip.

One of my most favourite place since my childhood times. I just love this place, it's for everyone. You can spend your full day and enjoy the every corner of this place. All the rides are fantastic and also very thrilling. Water sports are also fantastic.when you visit this place, you feel like out of the box. Enjoy have fun ️?

Best park for enjoyment in kolkata.
When I went first ever than I shocked and surprised. I thought, is such type of place existing in the real life. Here everything for enjoyment. Here is swimming pool and water dance park with some amazing type of swing in this sliding from high area and most amazing thing was forgetful park. It's location are also good. We should go again and again in some month. I am ensure no one fill regret after going their. There no any thing for anxiety for where I'll live. The park management has the every type of the agreement. And main thing is not much expensive place almost every one will afford this for enjoyment.

Loved the cyclone ride and sky diving was breathtaking. I was literally scared while decending suddenly from sky diving.

Nicco Park Has Been A great experience For me, especially the water park. Leaving that, there are a lot of rides which will make your adrenaline rush. Give it a try.

This is my 1st time at hyaat regency kolkata. But it's a very bad experience. We booked for 4 buffet lunch for poila baisakh today (15.04.2021). The food quality was so bad and tasteless can't expected from this kind of five star hotel. Very bad experience

Very good park for have fun. There are too many entertaining places for kids as well as amenities also. The have waterpark too. Alot of Restaurants and caffe. Enjoy guys as mich as possible. Fees per person 400 in weekdays and 500 in weekend. Once you enter you can stay till 5 Pm. Beat the heat guys go there and Chill.

One type of amusement park. Sky diver, flying saucer, mirror maze and two or three rides are added newly. This place is good for all types of men and women means child to aged. And good place. The enjoyable rides are Cyclone (for kid above 120cm), sky diver (for kid 140cm), water coaster, water schute, flying saucer, water cave, padle boat, toy train, striking car etc. At the main gate (entrance) anyone will get a route map and all about the rides.

Amusement and water park. Rides are good for kids and adults. There is too much rush in waterpark if you visit it on weekends.

Amazing place for day out. But entry fee and paid ridings are so high. It's very costly for lower middle class people. But they have discounted fees for senior citizen, school students and NGOs.
People can spend full day at there without any difficulties.

Nicco Park is a quality amusement park not only for kids but for all ages.
There are rides suitable for all age groups.

Remember, some of the rides has limits based on height and not based on age.
There are volunteers on all rides to help you.

The park is neat and clean. It’s well maintained, still you can find lot of mosquitoes towards evening, particularly near water bodies. So take suitable precautions.

Parking: There is ample parking space outside the park but still there may be lack of parking space on rush days. Mostly you should be able to park your car easily.

Ticket booking: They have option to book tickets online as well as offline.
Those who book ticket online, please remember that you need to carry one original id proof.
Further note that you wont get any ticket in your mail or sms. You will just get an order confirmation. When you show this order confirmation at the entry gate closest to the parking they issue a ticket after checking your id proof and let you enter. They don’t issue bands for online tickets.

Just in front of entrance you will find a really big 'Jumping bouncer' (popularly called Micky mouse). There is a Rs 50 ticket for it. Please dont send your kids into it just when you enter it otherwise they will get tired and you wont be able to manage them for the rest of the day. Kids enjoy a lot when they go into it. There is a pool of balls too inside it and kids love to play there.
Note: Belts need to be opened, sharp ornaments and accessories need to be opened. Shoes and slippers are removed. A socks is provided by them for free and needs to be worn. There is no practical time limit for it. Kids get tired and exhausted and come out themself. There are volunteers inside to manage the kids nicely.

On left there is toy train (free ride).
On right there is a nice merry-go-round (free ride) with horses moving up and down too. All ages are allowed. There are three sofa type plastic seats too inside specially for senior citizen who do not want to sit on the horses.

There is an illusion section with mirrors. (Free)

For little kids there are small merry go round, 2 kinds of boating (free rides).
If you are accompanying kids with multiple heights then only little kids will get entry for these rides (based on their height) while the older kids might be unhappy for not being allowed.

Food court is there with nice menu.

When I visited, there was winter carnival (entry fee extra). At night this section is just like a fairy land (I am posting some photos and videos). A must visit section. There is a small stage show (Kids will enjoy). After entry into this area you can enjoy this area (it was open I think until 10 PM) There is a small restaurant inside there, serving Chinese food (nice).

There is lot more. Simply visit and enjoy with family.

New Year Eve party was very family inclusive.loved it.huge play area for kids. Separate buffet for them.really thoughtful of Hyatt management to plan for kids.where others hotels don't.

Good place.went there for 31st eve celebration with family.a huge buffet and drinks menu was available.and lots of amusement programs was there.

Hotel is good, but they provide Basa fish for fish item. Asked for Bhetki as 1 PC complementary, which they agreed 1st and said, will try to provide. But later on Assistant Manager said no completely. Which seemed to be little rude. I asked other restaurants also having Basa fish and ever prawn, then why don't u give. Where as other restaurants price is also less. They said it's like that way. Chicken starters were also very less. Only 1 item in startet. No item of chicken in main course as well. Over all it's good. Not not at all satisfactory.

Old rides needs to be replaced with new rides. It obviously gets boring to see the same old Nicco park. Nicco park needs a serious makeover.

Great place, Entry fees is 250 which includes 12 free rides and package of Rs 700 which includes rides from dry and water park, still some things are left, which you have to buy tickets even after buying the package

Food quality waste. I was going in astami they tk to much money but didn't serve good quality food, Biryani, Fish nothing was gd. Only misti doi, chicken salad, labanga lotika, gulab jamun was good. Ambience awsome. Please do work on food otherwise your reputaion will not be in good situation. I hope u will work on it

Nicco Park in Salt Lake is quite amusing and fun. Nice to spend a day with family and friends. Though at some patches it needs to be more clean. Overall it's good.

Nicco park is well-known amusement park for kids, youths and adults. 200 is entry fee with 12 specific free rides. But hardly 2 to 3 one can cover. Besides, mostly good rides are cgaragble separately. Food court is ok with nonveg/veg varieties. One of the attractions. But, not at all clean. Needs improvement.

I ride every place and in the siclone I ware 5 times it's really adventurous. And them the water park is good decent not that great but it's a compleate package that u get here so complain about that.

One of the best hotel in Kolkata. Situated on the EM bypass adjacent to Salt lake Stadium. Easily accessible from Airport. Nice decoration outside and inside of the hotel. Mouth watering foods are served in their restaurants. Well behaved staffs and security staffs. It's a 5 star Hotel. So must not be pocket friendly. But as a venture of international brand like Hyatt, you will have world class hospitality.

Visited the waterside cafe for dinner with family. The food is excellent and it is located near swabhumi

It was awesome throughout. But You aren't allowed to take in food. And the food in there is extremely costly. A 1 ltr water bottle costs Rs 50. Nicco park is an amusement park near Sector V salt Lake City, Kolkata. From here, anyone can go to New Town, Airport, Chingri ghata, Garia, Park Circus, Rabindra Sadan, Kona Express, Sealdah, Howrah, Shyam Bazar etc by bus. It is located near Salt Lake Korunamoyee.

Probably the best hotel in Kolkata in terms of architecture. Everything in the hotel is just awesome. Dinner menu was too good. I will give 9 out of 10.

Good 5 star hotel, it is located on the right hand side road on the EM Bypass when you drive towards Ultadanga. The hotel area is definitely very huge. They have seperate parking area, hall for conference and meeting.
