Nice and vast collection of all varieties of shoes. Nice time to visit them will be in their season sales.

The sellers are absolutely rude and unprofessional. I went here for the first time with my uncle who was coming from a funeral thus wasn't dressed fancy. The moment we entered the store and asked whether they had my size, they bluntly replied "No" before we even finished our question. They didn't even look at us. It was totally uncalled for and unexpected from such a reputed brand's store.

Don't know how to handle or speak with customers very poor experience. There's no enough stock also.

On 14.07.23 I purchased from here and they told that they will send the bill in phone. I reminded them in 17 th again but they told that they are looking after it. Later on when I again asked them.they started speaking in such a bad tone, very poor communication skill of the employees, they started telling me that " I guess you use keypad mobile so the bill is not showing"

After that they are saying to visit the store to collect the hardcopy. If they could give the hardcopy then why didn't they provide the bill on the same day.
I stay in Bangalore, Its not possible for me to visit the store. If they agree to pay the plane fare then of course I'll visit and take the bill.

I mean I don’t know why Nike hire staffs life that, i went to Avani for another reason but for Durga puja i was planning to buy a shoe but as i was not carrying any cash i went to the outlet to choose so that i can come later and buy, and i mentioned this to the keeper, but as i mentioned i am not buying today, he was talking to me like it’s my mistake, and he was busy in his phone too, he was not even looking what am i picking or what i am asking for. This type of staffs should be fired immediately.

A great collection of shoes and obviously nike is the best company for shoes and sports equipment

नाइके का शोरूम है जिसमें कुछ भी अनोखा एवं नया नहीं है देश भर में अनेक मॉल एवं अनेक स्थानों पर अनेक शहरों पर लाइक ए कंपनी के इसी तरह के शोरूम खुले हुए हैं जूते कपड़े इत्यादि सभी सामान मूल्य से बहुत अधिक लागत में इस तरह के शोरूम उसमें बेचे जाते हैं वर्ष में दो तीन बार कंपनी डिस्काउंट पर माल बेचती है केवल तब ही यह शोरूम जाने एवं देखने योग्य होता है हालांकि डिस्काउंट के बावजूद भी सामान बेहद महंगा है

I have never expected this type of employee attitude from a well reputed multinational company like 'Nike'. The worst ever retail outlet I had ever seen. There is no question for visiting next time here, rather I say along with a better quality product Nike needs it's employee training. Not only being a rational customer but along with that being a student of retail management I am saying this to Nike as its feedback and recommendation.
