This place is really amazing. The view, the music, the food everything. The staffs are very nice and friendly.

Noir's food quality and services have degraded a lot.
It is now fully covered (not an open roof restaurant)
The quality of food served is not as per the price charged by the restaurant.
I went here after a long gap of time and saw many changes which are making it worse.
Hope they will correct it soon.

All over the place is good and the food items which we have ordered r gd in taste.
The behaviour of staffs is a little bit weird but it's manageable. If u want to spend some moments with ur friends thn u should definitely go to this place and relax the evening time.

The ambience of rooftop and the inner restaurant all are very good but may be our bad luck that we go on a rainy day so spoil the whole, and most unfortunate moment is that when we sit indoor restaurant there also leak the celling and continue water dropping around us and after request them to change the sit their reply was horrible they said " the whole celling was leak and that was their style, and the another side of room was reserved but untill we left the room their was no guest comes in"
Except all this food was standard and staffs are too slow to serve the food

So guys this is one of the amazing rooftop Cafe lounge you can go for… because it’s very dreamy and very romantic for any aged people… and celebrating birthday on this a rooftop Cafe is amazing because the people of the cafe or very nice very sweet and very good. The managers of the cafe are very cute and very polite. The bar is also amazing and also the pool is also great… Foods are amazing tasty and they are quick in serving foods. Beautiful view. Amazing ambience. Refreshing air on the rooftop. So I will suggest you guys the one who did not visit this place still that must visit.

Decoration can be improved. The decoration in the rooftop is like Puja mandap or shaadi mandap.while the restaurant downstairs s good. Sitting arrangements in the restaurant can be improved. Overall good.not great ️️️

The food was really yummy, in fact it was so tasty and delicious that I literally kept licking my fingers all the time. I tasted such mouth-watering pizza after a very long time, such tasty food is very rare. Cheers.

I have been to many similar places in Kolkata and across India, but I never had to go through such a horrible experience before. Probably they don't realise that they are in the service industry and thus they have such horrible service
1. We were informed at the reception that the menu will be sent on whatsapp which never came. Only after reminding the receptionist after 15 mins they sent it.
2. What ever we ordered took ages to reach our table.
3. After our entire evening, which was very average, we were informed that they do not accept card and would only accept cash. Who carries cash in today's digital era.
4. Finally after much argument they agreed that we can pay via Zomato. However, the internet at this place is almost non existent. So it took an eternity to pay online.
5. Zomato had discounted the final amount by 15%. However, after the amount was successfully paid after much struggle, we were told that the amount that we were asked to pay was incorrect, and they came up with a new amount. After a lot of ruckus we had to pay the diff in amount in cash. The guy at the payment counter instead of being apologetic was extremely rude.

A bad product can be mended and dealt with. Bad service is unacceptable. Never visiting this nightmare of a place again

It was refreshing. It's basically a rooftop bar and restaurant of golden tulip hotel. Outsiders can visit this place too. There's a nice place to dip your legs in the water and dine light. Band performances occur. Price is bit high. But affordable.

Located on the 8th floor of the Golden Tulip Hotel, this restaurant is a decentish hang out spot. The food is good in quantity and taste. The service however, is horrible. It took 1 hr & 15 mins to serve food for 2. The staff are quite clueless of the items on the menu and were unable to give recommendations or say much about the ingredients of certain dishes. The rooftop seating arrangement has nicer than the ambience than indoor dining room, but it could get very hot outside in the summer. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is probably a COVID hygiene nightmare - not sure how well/often the water is cleaned so would be better to avoid.

A bit pricey for me. But it has got rooftop and live music. Good if you want a bit personal space in a time of pandemic. Beers were at regular price but weren't available. They were taking good precautions in the times of pandemic. Good place. Would recommend for a good time.

Ambience is not that great for a rooftop. There are better options available. The food isn't that great. Very loud music. Not enough lighting during night time. Over all experience wasn't nice.

Food, ambience, service are really good. Deserves a five star rating. Few things can be improved like service can be a bit faster and excessive volume of sound boxes can be reduced. But indeed waiters were polite and friendly. Smoking isn't prohibited.

Great ambiance. Great Food.
But too costly. The services are also not upto the mark. They cancelled our reservation which we have made through dineout, as they told us they didn't take any reservation from dineout. But they didn't mentioned in their website.
Actually after reservation, we have called them and that time they confirmed our reservation also.
But at restaurant they cancelled our reservation.
So overall experience was so so.

If you order please be careful of getting same item with different names and high cost. I ordered sizzler and Lebanese. In both the dishes they have given chicken tandoori and kebab. Both tasted exactly same. Only difference was the Lebanese was with little cheese on top and sizzler was few pieces of kebab. When I asked the waiter, she had nothing to explain properly. I had a horrible experience in terms of food. But the place was good indeed.

It's a roof top restaurant every thing was there good except seating capacity and music was too loud and Stewart was not paying that attention which one require food was 4 out of 5

Since i went on February 14, it is expected that the place will be crowded. But it confused me why people preferred to go. I was attracted by the beautiful photos i had seen on zomato, but know that its just an illusion. IThe place is not like it is in the pictures. I had only ordered dessert, so i can't say much about the food. Dessert was terrible. If you're goind for ambience, then youre going to the wrong place. But if you like places with loud music, dont mind shabby interiors and most probably serve good food, then you can definitely try this place

Noir was a great experience for me for a cafe or pub like sky lounge. I visited there in the evening time.
It was a great ambience with live music performance. A pool was there in that pub Noir. It is in 8th floor of that building. I had paneer tikka pizza which was really tasty and loaded with enough cheese. Live music performance was also there which was good. Totally the ambience was good and you can have a great view of Salt lake.

It is one among my favourite place. I have some good memories over here and always will remember that. The open air space with jaccuzi is a USP for this cafe. The food quality is awesome together with bright environment that influence people to get clicked.
The staffs are fast and deliver the order in no time. Overall its a wonderful place to be especially during the evening when it glitters like anything.

Really one of the finest places to spend your leisure time with your friends and loved ones. The ambiance is just too good, with the swimming pool adding more to the essence of the place. The sky lounge is one of the best. Also, the food is very good and also comes at a very reasonable price.

Extremely loud, boring and mainstream. Unreasonably expensive and immensely bad music played. If you have money you're willing to burn, you may consider spending them here.

The place is good to chill out with friends but the price is a bit expensive compare to the service provided and sometimes the jacuzzi is also not so clean but the food is delicious.

The most exciting part of the cafe is the running water in a pool where you can drench down your legs and chat with friends over a hookah or some beer bottles. Maybe the most romantic time you can spend with your partner keeping her head on ur shoulder and buzzing with bands in some romantic songs.
Most importantly the food is good with this amusement features.
If u really spend a good time in a rooftop cafe with a pool in moderate pricing then definitely choose NOIR. "having a great time for sure"

Located at a prime position with the advantage of open roof. The place was quiet and peaceful with songs playing in background. Price was although bit more than expected.

Too much hype around this place, disappointing experience. Premium pricing for average food and ambience. The jacuzzi is a joke. It looks a million times better @ pics than IRL. Not going back unless the fix the interiors and food.

Music was really loud.waiters were not well behaved.crowd was very loud too.only good for college students. The view is good though.

Ambience is okayish. Food is over priced compared to taste but yes had good quantity, single plate is enough for two people! Congested and messy at times due to sitting arrangements!

Good food and the great ambience. The jacuzzi area is just awesome to have fun with your friends and family. The service is just a bit slow but that may be because it was overcrowded the I visited.

This rooftop cafe cum bar is located in Tulip tower. We went there on a weekend. Giving 3 star because the food and ambience was good but the mocktails were pathetic.

The place is definitely not a family oriented one, it's for friends but service was very poor, Chairs were very uncomfortable, light were so bad that we had to open our mobile torch to see the menu and it looked very shabby.

To all the teenagers if you are saving daily to take your girl out for a date then this is not a place for you. You will give hundreds for the food but the quantity is worst

Nice ambience, live music, tasty food and amazing rooftop view. The only thing they have to work on is the service speed.

The food is amazing. Hookah is also pretty good, only thing that can be improved here is the service speed. The staffs are pretty well behaved. Good place to chill with friends

We went to the rooftop floor of noir at night on friendship day.the food was not good as is was cold and stale, after the pathetic food we had to eat.noirs billing system stopped working and we had to wait for more than 45 mins to pay our bill in no AC and it was very hot.i would like my money back asap

These place has good ambience at the rooftop of Golden Tulip. The view from the cafe is just amazing. You can have the loveliest view. You can have your favourite shakes and hookah in the jacuzzi side. The overall decor sitting arrangements are good. Food quality is good. And the shakes and juices we just lovely. Staffs were polite and friendly;
The evening view of the city skyline is the best though and you can visit with a group of friends too here ️

Rooftop restaurants are always coveted and so is this too. Multilayers of seating arrangements, a fully functional Jacuzzi, some canapés and overall a romantic ambience is what you can expect from here. With jazzy mocktails and decent food, one tends to miss the alcohol here. The sizzlers are quite popular and very filling. 'Crispy Chilli Babycorn', another one of their specialities is spicy and lip-smacking. The kebabs are well done and moist with subtle flavour.

Live music and jacuzzi are the positives. Slow attendants, and over the top price of a water bottle are definitely its negatives.

Service is really bad, they are packed still they accommodate more people, they didn't even ask us for sharing table they just did without asking that was really embarrassing.

They don’t serve alcohol, that’s anyways fine as per your preference. Look from the top is too good because it’s in middle of salt lake and not matter what time of the day it is, you’d like it. Get hookah and relax near the pool at the top. Swimming pool is an add on.
