The executives are so freaking fraud, I was facing some problems with my headphone, and it is supposed to be changed, but after a couple of days they called me saying that my product has arrived, they tried to give me the wrong product, which is unpacked and unsealed, I have not got my product yet, if I face any kinda problem like this, I will lodge a complain and file a case related to this.
Not a good experience at all. My watch was having battery problems. For no great reason, they said that they would not fix the watch. After asking, I found out that they saw a small spot on the watch screen. Now guys tell me that if you wear a smart watch isn't this natural to have a minor scratch! They just comparing themselves with other brands. But believe me this is the worst service centre experience. I have even seen a less educated man being looked down upon by their staffs just because he was walking without sitting. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!
They don't have proper behaviour for any customer.when you call them for any information about your device they only have arguments. They don't give you proper information for your device. They are very expensive. They don't respect their customers and especially the manager She doesn't know how to talk with a customer.
Believe it or not the best service centre. Polite behaviour. They replaced my dizo watch r. They took some time but that's ok. They r much better service centre than Habra.
