We visited thrice this place and service received from Japhia and Supriyo always superb. We have tried tea, salad, lemon soda, masala cold drink, veg club cheese sandwich, french fries all were awsome in taste. Ambience is calm and good if you are wfh you can come work and enjoy healthy and tastey food and beverages here.

In most of the cafe they will give you an option to sandwich with fries or without fries here they served you sandwich with fries so that you can taste it and definetly you will place an order too good in taste.

Very nice and cozy place. We visited att he time of durgapuja, and it was only us that time. My baby girl enjoyed the desert a lot.and we enjoyed coffee and snack in a cozy corner.this a perfect place for frndz reunion.

A very small cafe in galleria. They have very limited menu, which is not a problem, but most items within them are also not available (that was weird). Service is okayish. Cold coffee was not too good. We just ordered the fish finger (other most items were unavailable on a Saturday). I would hope they improve their standards

I’ve ordered a corn sandwich from your place and this is the first time I didn’t liked the food. First, the quantity is very less, hardly there was any corn max 15-20 pc was there in each sandwich. Second, the corn was cold! I know you it’s a frozen corn but at least heat it up properly before you put it in between the bread. The French fries was also not fried properly. It’s not like the girl who is working over there also delivered it. I took the the parcel myself and from 1st floor I went to 12th floor only.don’t think that within 60sec the entire food will get cold!
Third, you guys are taking 10/- extra for packaging! For what? At least before you guys use to give a paper bag, your logo (sticker) was there on the box extra tissues were given! And now? Just a white plastic and a box!
This kind of service was not expected! It’s not like you guys are very cheap in terms of food prices! It’s quite expensive! And if I’m paying 200/- just for a bloody sandwich then it has to be a good one!
NOT GOING BACK TO BUY FOOD!
I LITERALLY THREW MY FOOD IN THE DUSTBIN. WASTE OF MONEY!

Excellent food and service! Very reasonably prices and great behaviour by the staff! We had the paneer tikka sandwich and the jumbo veg grilled burger, both tasted awesome and was beautifully presented as well!

Nuevatown a wonderful cozy cafe in @Galleria Mall a must visit for its yummy, healthy yet super tasty food. Grilled chicken is a must try along with chicken tortilla wrap and the Jumbo grilled chicken burger! Out of the world
Me being a chicken lover gorged into the chiclen items however they have a series, of lip smacking items in fish and veg as well.
Varieties of maggie and eggs to order. The menu also includes pizzas and pastas.
For coffee lovers they serve excellent quality coffee, sip in to indulge.
They also have variety of tea hot and cold, milkshakes and super lovely mocktails.
Don’t miss this cafe specially for peoppe in ans around Rajarhat Newtown and Salt Lake.

While the service was good and the cafe people were nice and courteous, I am very disappointed by the quality of the drink. I ordered cafe latte and what I received was tasting like an instant milk coffee frothed with a cheap frothing wand. The milk texture was very foamy with no microfom - leave aside any latte art. The espresso quality was poor. They sprinkled Instant Coffee powder on top - which is not something one usually do while making a latte. It tasted like very bitter instant coffee with no hint of brewed espresso. I would suggest the owners and staffs to try improve this part.

We ordered Cranberry Spintzer which was a really unique kind of a drink and a Basil Mint Lemonade and a plate of BBQ CHICKEN WINGS. Ambience is really nice. Overall experience in this place was very good.
