This is a new restaurant in Park Street area. Before this, there was another restaurant named "Mamagoto" which I loved for ambience. But in this restaurant, ambience will not please you at glance. It's a normal bar cum restaurant. Quality and quantity of food are quite good. Hygiene is what they lack in that place. Staff are moderately cooperative. During festivals, this restaurant can be a life saver at crowded area like Park Street. We tried. 1. Baked penny chicken pasta 2. Chicken fried rice 3. A recipe of lamb as side dish
Great ambience, friendly staff, and great continental dishes to choose from.my suggestion would be to try Deviled Crab, and Fish Diana and surely the good old prawn cocktail.
Great continental food. The Chinese dishes are so so. Do try the seafood rissotto, Fish Diana and chef special lamb. The quantity is also huge. One dish will comfortably feed two
The staff was incredibly rude and the food for not upto to the mark. The ambiance was not great either. The place is dimly lit and is noisy. Wouldn't ever make the mistake of step foot again in one step up. The one star was given because given none isn't allowed.
One of my favorite places in park street. Great food overall. I tried their fake manhattan movktail ehich is quite refreshing. Their jumbo prawn thermidor and devilled crab are my favourites.
One of the best restaurants for continental food lovers in kolkata! Located in the heart of parkstreet. Its serves great cocktail and alcohol options. Haven't tasted any average dishes here so far! Decent seating area and interior. Staff are welcoming and warm. P.s. They do not levy service tax post-covid.
The waiting time was for around 20min as it was Sunday. Now we were seated on 1st floor and the order taking gentleman was a little weird in behaviour, the water glass that we were served was removed 3 times as there was a rotten smell coming from inside, the food was excellent no doubt. Even the service was good but could have been better if they look into small small things.last to last visit everything was perfect. Thank you team
8 am very pleased to have visited One Step Up after a long time due to the Covid pandemic. The food was excellent as and the ambience is great as usual. Thanks & Regards. Satish Kohli
Good quality continental food is served here. Waiters were more like hosts. Enjoyed every bit of the dining experience here.we will recommend this place to all friends and family.
Small but nice place with courteous staff. Quality, quantity and taste of food is also standard. Overall it's a decent place to hangout with friends and family.
Best place in Park Street even better than Mocambo and Peter Cat. Yes I said it and you would probably say it too if you could visit here atleast once. Even their prices are the best available in Park Street, So I love visiting here and have visited here more than 11 times so far.
Ambience is too good with the help of low light factor. The continental food from starter to main dish is too delcious. Alcohol with continental food is a great option here. Staff behavious is pretty good and polite behaviour. Desert is good also. Only one or two whiskey cocktail items available here. If they try to add some more then thats a perfect match for time spend with family and loved one.
One of the best continental restaurant in Park Street.not everyone know about this place its small but the food is awesome.you can enjoy your meal in calm and quiet environment
The place was good. But one of the ‘cheese chicken’ which I had today was terrible and is giving me major throwing up problems. Wouldn’t ever recommend anyone going there and they should definitely take into notice about what goes on in their food process.
This place is famous for continental delicacies. It's situated at Park street, very near to Flurys. I've visited several times and tried various dishes like cordon bleu, chicken lasagne, chicken tetrazzini, chicken Tikka Quesadilla, lamb bolognese etc. Loved their quality and quantity of food. Service was good and ambience is great too! Do visit and enjoy your meal.
Comparing to the place where the bar cum restaurant is located price is not so costly but not so less also. Alcohol beverages are pocket friendly. We were 8 people visited and the bill amount was 7500/-
The place serves good continental food. Starters-Fish finger & clear soup (average) Main course - Fish Munier (excellent) Nasi goreng (decent but have had better) Chicken Ala kiev (again decent) Chef special lamb (good) . Overall it was a wholesome experience. Do give it a try!
Food quality is awesome. It is basically a fish restaurant all the fish items are excellent. Try grill fish its special over here. But lights are too dim here
The entire generosity of the people inside One Step Up is really humble and welcoming. Talking about the quality of the food, it is very tasty and fresh. The ambience is a bit different from other operators (P. S.: in a good way). Unfortunately I forgot to click pictures of food this time. It is my experience that you all not be disappointed.
Ended up here as every other place in park street on Xmas Eve had a huge queue in front of the gates, except this one. Had finger food and drinks. Was an okay experience.
This is a great place to have continental dishes as well as Chinese. Decoration is also attractive and this place is 6 minutes walking distance from park Street metro station. You can have some classic cocktails there. Overall I like the place.
Food was awesome. Ambience is ok. Drinks are good. If you're looking for a relatively quiet place at Park Street area, to enjoy the food and having casual chat, this is your place. Food is much much better than other restaurants in that area. And the music isn't too loud. Good place for meet-up with friends and catch up.
I liked the food. Though the service was not very quick. I will give 9/10 in terms of cleanliness. Overall a nice place to have a meal with friends and family. Ambience is good with dim lights.
