Oracle Guest House

The service of Oracle is very appreciating. It is situated just at Debra bazar. Dishes are really good - tasty and well cooked. Restaurant is clean. It is a AC restaurant. Boys are very polite. In a word, it a first class restaurant in Debra. It is just at the junction of NH6 and Balichak - Marotala road. It has also rooms to stay.

The hotel was located in our Debra.
It's a hotel, bar and hukka bar.
When you enter the hotel then they welcome you.

All time favorite food quality is good recommended food dry chilly chicken
Mixed noodles
Fish finger and many more but those mentioned items are really good.naan is also very good.
Even staff behavior and facility is really flawless.it's really very good resturant in debra.

Loved it. Never thought would get such facilities or amenities like Kolkata in a far away place like Debra. Really commendable work done by the promoters.

Worst experience I have face in my entire journey till date.receptionist don't know how to talk with guest.

No music system available in BAR, bad behaviour, food test is good, Not give as good service as they taken charges.

I visit yesterday on there, I want to say something that every things is good, but room no- 204 there up side on the mirror a electric wire on there, the wire have electric, I don't know about that, I touch the wire and unfortunately I get shocked by the electric

It is very close to the highway, NH 6. The place offers a bar, family restaurant and standard room. Food is ok.

Third class quality of food. Ambience is not at all satisfactory.the price they are taking for that cheap level food is horrible.they think that it's a four or five star hotel lol.all the prices of the food are very much high (even higher than some well known 4,5 star restaurants). And specially the Biriyani is the worst in quality.they're not even eligible to have 1 star

We tried Chicken reshmi kebab and Chicken barbecue pizza. The reshmi kebabs were flavourful and soft but the pizza was not at all good. The cheese had that cheap vibe. And toppings were very less in comparison with the price. Overall experience was not that great.

Food quality is going down day by day. Behaviour of hotel stuffs are good. Bar is a good place for regular visitors.

Best place to stay in Debra. Couple friendly hotel room with low budget. And this good location to stay

I visited the restaurant attached to it. The restaurant standard is as below as the thelawala hotel. I ordered chiken kadai, mashala kulcha and tondoori roti. Everything is to worthless too eat. And the price tag is high compared to quality.

Verry poor quality food. I visited their another branch named Hot &Hot, They had taken a long time of 1 an half hour for a chicken lollipop item. And it’s quality I can’t tell…all of these was wasted. And on every food they are taking total of 5% gst and didn’t mentioned their any HSN code for what thay r taking.we are regular customer there because of no other standard looking restaurant available. Sorry we are not going to visit again and also suggest to take care of your customers properly at least on food.

Food quality, staff behaviour, ambience everything is good. Even best in a radious of 20 km vicinity. Still reducing the two stars because of the payment process. For the bill in bar they charge 2.5% over the total amount for credit card payment, but for the restaurant, no such charges is applied. I went to many bars in many places. I never had to pay extra amount (which is not even mentioned in bill) over bill for credit card payment.

The dish we ordered is delivered very slowly and that's the cause I won't like. Please try delivered food in the customer as Farley as possible

This is the restaurant quality you can see in the images. Total disaster, waste of money, Too much expensive. Even i don't want to give any star

Excellent food. Staffs are well behaved. Specially manager Soumen. Staying is also good. Need some maintenance of the room. Room rent is little bit high.

AC restaurant. Quality foods are available. Nice Place for a treat with your family or friends. Almost all the menus showing in card are available.

Very poor room service, though we are paying service charges extra. Basic facilities are not provided like WiFi, gyser not working, ac is too old, bedding is not good

Good food and good hospitality by hotel stuff. I recommend this hotel to everyone, who is looking for a good stay, good food and great hospitality.

The worst of all.
This area has no other good restaurants so people have to come here.price is unbelievably high for everything & the food quality worse.
The boys they have kept doesn't know a single manner.
They behave rude, & only one guy is allocated in the restaurant to take order & stuff.
The AC inside here doesn't work at all.u will feel much cooler outside the restaurant.
Really disappointing.

Around the Debra chauk I look restaurant & hotel but Oracle Is best around here for everything mainly lunch & dinner

Very Bad quality of service they provide, My personal experience was just horrible. They serve a single dish of veg Chow mein after waiting a 52 minutes, rest of our family members got the dish before 25 Minutes of waiting.
