Rooms are damp and small. The rooms need proper maintainance. The suite room is good but normal rooms are poor.

I had to stay in a hotel alone for few days n glad that I found this hotel. Manager n staff were professional and very helpful. Being a solo female traveller, I did not face any problem. Room n toilet were clean but yes Bedsheet, pillow n blanket were not clean. Restaurant was not functional. Landline was not working but they provided a mobile number which was active all the time. I will still give it a 5 star for their behavior

Damp, stuffy rooms with dirty linen. Poor service and bad behaviour of manager. Extremely avoidable if you are looking for a family / couple-friendly place. They also insist on carrying marriage certificate if you want a room

Horrible experience, I had a stay in this hotel few days back as I have to go to New disha for my father's eye operation.
Dirty room, dirty washroom, dirty bed sheet and pillow cover. Bed was full of dust particle and dirty.
When I asked the room service boy to change the bedsheet, he took one hour to change it and his behaviour was very rude - he was saying what is the problem in this bed sheet and all our bed sheets are like this only.
And Also I have to wait approx one and half hour to get Mineral water.
They do not provide any service, you not get a cup of tea also in the morning.or if you ask to get something like a pack of biskit or cake or anything, they will say directly - It is not possible for them to get it for you.
I cant imagine this type of serve
Please donot stay at thia hotel, or you will face severe problem.

They charged very High but their features and facilities are not that much as compared to the money they charged.

I stayed here for one night. THIS PLACE IS CASH ONLY. The people were polite and helpful. One bad thing about the place is it seemed to be expensive as per the price I paid for one night. The toilets we're not that clean. The room don't had a night lamp. The room service phone number wasn't working.
