Worst company, I've seen in my life. No courtesy, no ethics, no value system - doesn't bother about customer. No response of phone call, never pick up call.

Most worthless company in Kolkata,
They don't supply water, everyday they will send msg out for delivery, after one or two hours again msg unsuccessful delivery same thing repeat everyday, booked on19th of July, but still now it's delivered everyday getting same msg, yesyer cancel delivery and ask for refund but till now it's not received.

This is worst for Bisleri water supply. Didn’t supply the water after showing out for delivery over 3 days now. I will report them to Bisleri to cancel their dealership so that people don’t suffer. Pathetic

Don't even want to give a single star-feeling cheated.
You just can't be so irresponsible with the most essential commodity of human life 'drinking water'. I have a family with a senior citizen and a kid and opted for timely delivery through subscription. This is the reward I received from you-5 out for delivery notifications with OTP but still no bottles got delivered yet!
Orient beverages don't bother to pick up calls and I am finding myself helpless as your customer support is also closed.

This company does not pick call.neither it's representative as well. Worst service provider for bisleri.when you are delivering such an important commodity like drinking water and where humans are so much dependent on it, you should not have such pathetic service.if you have 1 percent humanity left with you then try to improve service by at least picking calls and delivering water at the proper time

IN 1973, IT BECAME FRANCHISE OF PARLE EXPORTS LIMITED TO PRODUCE GOLD SPOT, LIMCA, THUMPS UP, CITRA AND BISLERI CLUB SODA.
