OYO 10246 New Silver INN

A fraud hotel. My confirmed booking (28 feb 2024 to 2 march 2024) was canceled by hotel and telling me that no such booking was there. Later they asked me i can book separately, hotel look very dirty though the name starts with Flagship. Avoid such unethical greedy hotels to avoid your suffering after a long journey. I complained to the site from where i booked…pathetic hotel.

Don't book here they are scammers, On Oyo app it will show you 399 per day when you book and reach there, they will deny for giving you room. They will make excuses that room which we have booked has already been booked for one month and show you other unhygienic room and ask you 800 per day. Moreover this hotel is also not safe.

They say Rs. 380 or Rs. 399 online per day, but once you book, you will find out it's actually Rs. 800 per day. Total scam. Rooms are decent, though. Online pricing is wrong. Do not believe it.

Very poor rating from my side because not taken booking by oyo online room. And it is attache with oyo also but many type of problem creat in check in time.

Very bad and worst hotel suggesting every one pls don't visit this hotel and don't use Oyo app they also cheated with me I booked alternate and the price I booked in app and the hotelier have taken Rs 100 more

Cancelled the booking, the staff were asking for extra money and were very rude. Extremely disappointing.

Room is not so good as it shown in picture. Behaviour is also not good and drinking water service is not available. Room, bedcover, pillow cover are not clean.

Very pathetic experience with hotel and because the service left hotel without staying at hotel. No water supply, no tv in running conditions, no phone or call bell for room service.

The room which is given was not well maintained room door are broken and holes in door.
AC is not working they charge extra for AC room

This guest house is best for the guests, and the staffs are also good they treat the guests as their own family, if any one wants to stay in kolkata please visit once.

The room was booked with parking but there was no parking. The room was absolutely dirty and un hygienic.

Worst experience. They ask us to leave the hotel at night and make us walk to another hotel because another people booked that room earlier. Which they didn't told us. No TV, dirty rooms and bathrooms

Abundance of drinking water, breakfast will be served at 10 am or later, and usually it is purchased from outside, that may cause stomach upset. And yes, the intercom doesnt work, you gotta make use of your personal network
