Staff is very nice but hotel do not have kitchen, neither electric kettles in rooms. The cleaning is not done daily. Also the toiletries are not provided. By oyo, we have booked it for Rs 1500 + GSt18%. It don't worth it

I was asked to pay extra price at the hotel or they said you can talk to the OYO helpdesk. This happened twice on the same day. Ultimately second time I had to pay extra, as I didn't have time. Pathetic experience

Very bad behaviour, very poor service please don't come here, i dont know how oyo is providing with this bad service. They don't know how to co operate with the customers. Don't visit here, there maybe better hotel rooms nearby than this one.

The behavior of hotel staff is very bad. Completely unprofessional. The behavior of the hotel boy is suspicious. So I advise you to take care of your belongings. A risky hotel for Couples. Washroom not attached to the room, which was not mentioned.

Property manager denied to give property after where I previously booked property on that day from OYO. They don't co-operate with any guests who came there on booking of Oyo.
I suggest not to go there.because after requesting many times they didn't co-operate with any guests & also charged extra price.
Overall location of property good, no any shop present near that. So, I don't make recommendation to go there on any type of booking specially from OYO.

Very small room and bathroom. Can stay for a night only. Wouldn't recommend for a stay for longer duration. Rooms where smelly. Rooms have so less space that it's difficult for the single person to move freely.

Here you will get rooms for 800/900/1000 rupees for two. Size wise rooms are identical more or less, but the rooms cost 1000 has attached bathroom within it, and others don't have attached, they have bathrooms outside of the room.
Rooms are generally clean, but they need to work on the cleanness of bedsheet and towels.
No food available from the hotel. You have to order from outside like zomato or other vendors.
They maintain the rules and ethics.
It's near to axis mall.

They r cheater, worst hotel in Kolkata.never go to this hotel.if u book through online, 1st they will allow u to check in n thn at mid night they will ask u to leave immediately from hotel telling u that ur booking is not showing in their site, n then charge u double cost.cheap behaviour n very dirty hotel.they Will provide u dirty towel, dirty bedshit.

Editing this review after one year. Now the hotel is very bad after changing ownership, before it was called Sima hospitality but now it is know as Divya Jyoti hotels.
I recommend don't stay there they will fine you with base less reason.

The ambience of rooms is okay. For me they gave common bathroom. Please check it in advance by call.
There is no water can facility. You should keep buying water bottles. This irritated me a lot.
It is stayable place.

Dustbin, Floormat were unavailable. Staffs were courteous. They serve only mineral water which will be charged outside your Hotel price. The room was of 100 sq feet and I guess it's too small.

Very bad experience, dirty bedsheets, dirty towel, shared washroom, feels like staying in some kind of store room.

Romms are dirty no proper management food to be only ordered from hotel and it's too costly as compared to the food quality and they don't even serve normal water and charge for water as well, and most bad thing is they ask to pay extra for themselves.

First of all they does not know what hospitality means?
Bedsheets and Pillow covers are overused & was not cleaned. Room was small.
When you know the room was booked for double occupancy you should keep double amenities bath towel, soap & shampoo.
While booking they told if we check in after 10.00 a.m it will not be chargable. But at the time of check in they have taken 500 extra.
Also ac was not working.
Still they were asking us for tips at the time of check out.

Room service was very poor. Firstly they told us on the phone that not to pay by online. Pay at hotel will be more convenient to them. After check in they provide a room without room service. After that they changed the room but the other room is very small with water in the floor. They did not provide towel, water. Ac was not working properly. The food quality was poor as compare to the price. Overall bad experience.

Location is awesome, but the food served is worst.
The bread butter jam in breakfast is bad.

I tried veg thali in launch, it was not up to the mark with regarding to the price. The quantity is very less.

Water was logging in the bathroom, really it was not a good feeling at all.

I will not suggest to stay there, until needed.

Worst service ever. This is place not for business class persons. If u have importance of time then this hotel is not for you. Oyo has to know that i booked from my corporate ID and i am not come for picnic here.

Lots of problems in this hotel.most worst services under oyo. Tv was not working, wash room water was not coming even they unable to provide door mat in room.when I told them to open TV they informed me that TV is not working.
Also I have noticed that they was buy morning breakfast from a street fast food store. I was standing opposite side of the street shop and noticed this things. OYO providing complementary breakfast its not men that they will provide street food.suggestions for other gust please ignore this hotel if you can.

Unclean & small room.bathroom not attached also tissue paper not available, easy to locates, near Newton bus stand.

They don't even provide fresh bedsheets. The bedsheets are like they bring from dump yard and towels are wet

There's two room and only bathroom, which means you have to share it with your neighbour and the staff and servicing suckkss thats it!

Staffs were helpful and friendly.
Me and my friend had to leave for office early, so we asked if they can provide breakfast before 8 AM. The manager said it's not possible as their shifts starts from 8.30 but will try his best.
Next morning he served us our breakfast in our rooms.
These kind of hospitality is what guests expects. Really appreciate their efforts.

Horrible experience.compare to the price the room is very short.commode lid was broken.bed cover, pillow cover were untidy and marked spotted.you can't order food from outside.it's basically okay for group of friends to stay.not for family and couple stay

I felt bad service in that Oyo. No toiletries, towel was provided. Geyser was not working properly. Breakfast was ridiculous, tea was like hot water only. Bad experience. Staff behaviour was good.

Wrost experience I ever faced in OYO. I have booked a room and reached thr around 12 night.they just closed the gate, no one available in the reception, Oyo board was not available outside the apartment.calling bell not available. I called the receptionist at least 15 times but no body responded. I stand alone around 20 mins and then called Oyo customer care and then they called the property owner and they opened the gate.the room was dirty.bedsheet was not wash properly.very small room

It's not so good. My friends were there, but not so clear and I think they only clean there room and all only when someone is arriving.

It's a best budget hotel stay around Kolkata.
Staffs and room servicers are very kind and polite.
