OYO 11896 Marble Palace Guest House

This hotel would be your most horrible choice guys. Trust me the things they have mentioned about their hotel are false. They took half an hour to check our ID's and then they said that we can't stay here. It's a 3rd class place never go there.

Don't stay there. I left immediately. Not good at all. How they got OYO. Questionable. Worst. Even bad than worst.

These people don't even bother about customer satisfaction or the problem faced by customers. They just want there money. I had booked my room through Oyo app i was supposed to pay as per the tariff but they just said oyo people cheat them, and if you want the room then you need to pay double the price. Else go somewhere else. And with out any other option i booked the room by paying double the price. Service was pathetic/ worst and when we were about to vacate the room they said you need to pay the tips for there services, which they never provided. They said the property belong to a politician and no one can do anything. If you wNt to continue you need to pay 500 extra apart from paying double the cost. Overall my experience with oyo rooms this was the worst.

Good hospitality.nice rooms. Old building, so you will have a vintage feeling.

Nice and very cool place, it is made by British and the ceiling height is about 15 feet hence the room is cooler in the hot and humid weather. The floor is also made up of red oxide to enhance the cooling capacity of the room. I would like to stay there only if I visit kolkata again
