Online booking is different and after reaching their price demand is more for rooms.

The rooms here are a bit dirty, with cockroaches and mosquitoes swarming all around the room.

The common room is not worth it.

Even though the manager lists his room on oyo, he does not appreciate the price through oyo, and even after booking the hotel via oyo, he would not accept the booking and won't allow you to stay if you don't pay extra. That's harassment on part of the customer, as if there's such a big problem, the manager should sort it our with the company it enlists itself with.

The location of the guesthouse is good though, as its located very near the salt lake sector 5 metro.

Never book this guest house. I booked this guest house through Oyo but when I went for check in they charge me for 1000 else they will not allow to check in. It was realy a harassment.

OYO failed to communicate to Booking dot com that this property only accepts Indian nationals, stranding me that night.
Also, I saw some of the rooms & the kitchen as I was stuck in this mosquito infested hovel while trying to get help from useless Booking customer service. Trust me, you don't want to stay here.

The images provided by OYO are nothing like the reality - it's like two different properties. The property isn't marked as a hotel on the outside, which is your 1st clue that something's amiss. If this is any kind of "flagship" the rest of the fleet has long kissed the bottom of the ocean!

Far away from what is mentioned in OYO. Paid a nominal extra charge for breakfast but there was no breakfast service. Oyo price was not honored. Had to wait till 12 PM despite confirming arrival time as 9 AM. But the location is perfect specifically if you plan to use public transport.

Firstly the place is not properly marked and landmarks are not proper. Very poor service. Denied check in asking for extra money. Booked for 600 asking about 1200+ for one night. Rude reception from the very start. Had to cancel my stay and look for some other place.

Very poor service. Such a bad experience with Oyo and this Hotel.
Their was no board of Swapan hotel and when we arrived it looked totally unhygienic.
Oyo showed the false pictures of the hotel and the description of the rooms and hotel was also false. And we try to complain with Oyo they totally ignored us by saying we are solving.
Never ever book any hotel with Oyo.

NEVER GO for this Worst experience. Location is wrong in OYO. Staffs & services are awful.

1st of all, they took us to another OYO, named "OYO 3573 Abcos Guest House", CL-54, sector-2, Salt lake city instead of the Hotel we booked for staying, OYO 13524 Swapan Guest House, CL-134, sector-2, Salt lake city.

They asked MORE MONEY than OYO was showing. They asked 829rs from me, where I booked it for 639rs. After arguments they took 639rs from me.
They DON'T even provide us KEYs for our room. When I asked for the keys, they're giving me some peculiar explanations!
Rooms are so DIRTY, I don't think they even sanitized or cleaned them.
We got RASHES all over the body within a very short time we used blanket (they don't even have COVERS). They DIDN'T changed the bed covers & pillow covers after a guest leaves.
There are small small INSECTS & COCKROACHES on the bed. They started BITING us. It's a HORRIBLE situation; we started cleaning the bed all by ourselves at midnight WITHOUT SLEEP.
Me & my younger brother went there to stay for some Educational purpose, but they continuously went behind to prove us as a Couple. They continuously IRRITATED us by asking very PERSONAL, IRRELEVANT, HUMILIATING & coupley questions.
"Are you going to stay here for 1 or 2 hour? ", "Are you going to stay here in night? " (where, I booked 1 room for 2 Adults for 1 NIGHT), "Some persons came here to take rest for 1 or 2 hour & left, so are you guys going to do that? " THE INDICATIONS & WAY OF TREATING was NOT GOOD.
They don't have a ceiling fan. They just hanged a head of a DIRTY TABLE FAN on the ceiling.

Room was clean and with proper amenities. Staff was cooperative. Location was also very good. Price was cheap compared to other hotels. The oyo deserved a 6 out of 5, but the only downside was that at first it shows a different location on the maps and then the hotel staff took us to another hotel, though which was near to the previous one, and the staff told that the both are same property.

It's one of my fav Oyo coz they have an amazing view from their rooms. Plus the room's are spacious, no no not that much but enough space you could have. Recommended.

Budget friendly but they will guide you to different location. However the different location is a bit scary cuz no one was there apart from us.

Hard to find out as they are not using any sign board of oyo.
Otherwise Room services and other facilities are good.
