Not clean at all. Rooms are too small in size and toilet is the worst part of this hotel. Price is too high.

Lovely property with affordable price in Rs 3000/-you get spacious rooms with complimentary breakfast receptionist was very helpful.

The best hotel at a very good location. The rooms are very beautiful at a very genuine price at RS 3000/- to 3500/- you will get very spacious rooms. I definitely recommend this hotel. The girl receptionist is very professional and kind.

3.5 stars. Rooms are quite small & so is the wardrobe. It has no seating as such except a small table with a chair. The toilets literally stink & if you turn on the exhaust fan it only makes matters worse. All it does is make a lot of noise thats all. The water drainage in the bathroom is another issue wherein the water literally collects on the floor & by the time your shower is complete you find yourself standing in ankle deep water. Was provided with only one bath towel even though we were two people. No toiletries like shampoos and body lotions are provided. There is absolutely no view whatsoever from the rooms so it could get pretty boring if you like to enjoy the outside view. Location is good as it is pretty close to the byepass road but is without the noise & bustle. No parking facilities or any extra facilities like swimming pools or banquet halls etc. Rooms were clean, the AC worked fine. Bathrooms and attached toilets were strictly ok ok.

Well if you are looking for an affordable stay near the main road where commute will be easy then this is the place. The rooms are not very well maintained and the bathrooms are dirty. The room service guys are good and they will do a quick clean up if you request but it’s like old and kinda dirty. Linens, towels almost everything looks shabby.
Electric kettle, Wi-Fi, lift and complimentary breakfast made the stay easy. Don’t expect anything fancy.

Good hotel with good atmosphere. Clean rooms, clean ambience, everything is up to the mark but at the checkout timr they demand 91 rs for snacks. Bt we did not ordered any snacks, soo this is soo bad. Try to chng it.

Place has comfortable bed. Room size of postage stamp. Dusty, mosquito and a mouse. Staff made check in impossible

Manager is bad at his responsibilities. Due to his miscommunication with customer care, I had to change the hotel. Just Imagine how was he! But he realised the consequences and apologized later.

Hotel is equidistant to most places I visited. Affordable rates and flexible when changing rooms.
Good room service as far as sanitation is considered. Food was well prepared and every item was cover with plastic wraps to avoid contamination.
Toilets were well equipped and sanitized before handing over the key.
Most of their staff were humble except one.
Morning buffet was served well but could have arranged more options to select from.
A safe hotel for families and couples.
You need to let the water run for a while for hot water to kick in, which I feel is waste of commodity, could place a better system.

Reception person behaviour is ill-mannered. Room is also dirty. Room service and facility very poor. That's why i left the hotel at late evening.

Rooms are small. Towels and bedsheets were very unclean and unhygienic. Service was good. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Hotel Location is nice as it is away from the old dirty market of Kolkatta.

There was no warm water at all in the bathroom even after leaving the tap on for a long time. I for one don't look forward to a cold water both on a December morning. But I had to have a freezing bath. The bath towel was badly stained and didn't even smell fresh. The rooms were clean but not up to the standard one is used to nowadays. The buffet breakfast wasn't ready till after 8.15 am. Had to wait a long time. It was basic but acceptable.
The bed itself had a comfortable mattress and clean sheets but there were no extra pillows that most hotels provide now.

Very poor service. Food points are in front of road, no privacy. And they are charging double MRP + GST on the snacks item if u have any in your room.

Most worst hotel I have ever seen. There is now proper dining hall. Even they provide a parking lot as a dining spelace beside open road. Not adequate stuff for the service. I had seen only 3 stuff all together to manage everything. Very poor food, wost room service. Dirty bedsheets and towels. Smell bad everywhere even in the room. AC doest work properly. I had been there for 3 nights. Worst. Think thrice before book in this hotel. It's the most 3rd call hotel in kolkata.

Good hotel with nice deluxe room. Cozy atmosphere. Staffs are well behaved. Only issue the eating area is non AC and open from road side which compels to rate less

It's water heater System is not working. If it's Solar Energy based, then alternative arrangement is needed for Rainy days, when there is No Sun. Also it's Bath room & Electrical fixtures are nice, but are poorly maintend.

I have very poor experience with this hotel.
I have booked a room via goibibo where it was not mention that they didnt accept local ids
I went there at 4th march already done my booking and payment done to goibibo while visited there they didn't accept the local ids and behaviour of the manager was so rude they told us to manage the whole thing with treebo because there marketing was totally done by treebo.
While the discussion with them they didnt gave us any positive response and still we have mailed to them wvwn to goibibo also.
Still now i didnt get my refund and even didnt get the service.

Needs some improvement. Hot water is not available for bath when needed in the morning. It's not known whether they are using Solar power heating arrangement or what? Bathroom & Electrical fixtures are modern, but maintenance is unsatisfactory.

Hotel staffs were nice. Cleanliness was there. Hotel rooms were nice. All in all hotel was good including locality of the hotel.

Very worst hotel in term of service, no clean bed, dirty towels with stain on the towel, no laundry in the hotel, they also lost one of my trouser and when complained to the customer care for compensatition they said we cannot pay for the trouser. Zero value for money

Would never try to stay here again. I booked a room here for 2 nights and I showed up and they didn’t have my reservation. Not only that, they didn’t have any other rooms available so I was just stuck with no place to stay. I was very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in Kolkata.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights; Rooms are clean. Hotel is located near the Bypass Dhaba. Was bit disappointed with the in-room service (particularly laundry service, as not in-house). Rest the Stay was Good.
