I booked this hotel from MakeMyTrip & paid full rent (₹484) in advance. When I checked in, the hotel manager denied me entry & asked me to pay ₹1200 to stay in that hotel. I was in shock. Then & there I filed an oral complaint over phone to the Ravindra Sarovar Police Station. After some time, 2 policemen came there & listen to me about the whole incident. At that point of time the manager got scared & started requesting me not to take any legal action. Those policemen scolded him & warned him about such illegal act. I believe that the manager has full support of the hotel owner in this kind of illegal activity.
DON'T STAY HERE!

The manager is pathetic.argues with everyone.he has cut my call on the face while I was talking thrice.this is the 4th experience of me with this manager, he denies checking and asks for more money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OVER THERE. Intentionally the Manager gave me the worst room, the AC was not working properly, in every 30 minutes it was getting off. When I asked him to take care of it, he came to the room after 30 minutes and did nothing stating that AC got Ice Frozen inside. So he instructed me to wait for 1 hour then turn it on back, is it a remedy? The switch board where the AC switch & the other switches were there was hanging from the box, the room wall had full of dents and paint decay. The cupboard had no hangers, they keeping some Electronics Gadgets and a photo frame inside of it. The washroom was not at all clean. When I checked in, I found match sticks and boxes scattered all over the floor and the draining system was even more worse. They didn’t even give any toilet kit stating they doesn’t have any, there was no towel (s). I had to call them then they gave me a Towel which was not at all that much clean. The bed sheet was also not clean and the pillow cover was competing with the bed sheet. Now coming to the food part, they doesn’t have the NON VEG FOODS in their so called CAFE called LET’S HANGOUT.
I stayed there for two days and they costed me 4,000/- for one lunch meal and two dinner meals where I have ordered only steam rice, KADHAI PANEER & Green Salad.
You won’t believe they will cost 100/- for Tea.
I had the WORST & FRUSTRATING Experience there.
Guys please DO NOT CHECK IN THERE

Food was unhygienic (Found hair and outer coating of the egg in the food.on complaining the reply was " that' your bad luck! "

The rooms are dirty.
The food's quality is bad and quantity is less.
The bathrooms are dirty and the doors doesn't lock.
The overall experience is the worst I've ever had and i travel a lot.

The manager has made it a habit now to argue with every customer,
He look forwards to charge extra money somehow! All those who stayed here faced similar issues.
Also that, many illegal works are done in this hotel rooms, those who are for hourly stays!
Enough for the smart ones.even after so many complaints no action taken against this hotel by OYO.

This hotel is worst for money.staff behaviour very bad specially hotel manager behaviour is very rough with customer. Hotel manager think that he is the owner of the hotel.manager don't give outside food allows where there is no mention in OYO policy. Every room very small and dirty, bed sheet not washable, tv not working, phone and wifi not working. But hotel price very high for high for everytime without any benifits.

Trust me, waste of money staying at this hotel, here the manager dosen't know how to respect the customer. Even there is no cleaning done.
While checking out i left my charger in the room, when i called at the hotel, manager said he found it but when i visited the hotel they refused to give, on top of that they are being rude.
Please dont waste your money staying here.

Staff member are not good.they don't clean rooms, once I left my charger inside the room.and when I went back to ask for it they didn't responded and gave excuses. Pathetic service and manager behaviour is horrible

Good place, rooms are pretty small but clean. No outside food allowed, so you need to buy food from their overpriced cafeteria.

This hotel is very bad and behaviour is very bad and slag language use me hotel manager please arrest this hotel manager as soon as possible.

And this hotel was very poor and darty not clean bathroom and towels

I request to oyo please, please close tie-up shortly.

The worst hotel i stayed in. The manager was rude. The room was no less than the behaviour of managers, paint was coming off the wall, the cabinet was broken and dirty, the room was dirty, no soaps or towel were provided, the bed was very uncomfortable and the television was not working.
The award for worst manager and hotel should be given to this hotel.

Don't go for Booking just looking at photos.
Not enough space and service.
Too costly as per the hotel
I would suggest you go around and eat something better and cheaper.
A 500ml bottle costs 27₹ then imagine other things.

I have a bad experience about the cleanliness the floor are dirty the bed have a blood stain and i ask them to change for me but one of the staff told me that it was just a chemicla drop and i know that it is not becz i even take picture but he refuse to chage it but i force them to chage it so they chang amd thus will be the first and last to stay in that hotel

Very bad oyo I ever not seen.very bad service.rooms were very dirty. Water system is very poorwater doesn't come and room service is very poor. Waste of money.dont go there this my advise.

The behavior of the manger is horrible and shout at the customer like an illiterate. And no proper hygiene is being maintained. Entire rooma nd bedsheet were dirty. When we asked them to change they sad that they won't do it. No proper water and untidy toilet. No cleaniness. No proper room service and food availability. They don't even provide water in the room and also doesn't allow to bring it from outside too.

Please doesn't even come to this hotel. The manger is horrible to the core. Don't even have manners how to talk to a ladies.

The experience was horrible. The receptionist insulted us and use abusive language while checking in. He demanded extra charges.the room was good but ac and TV was not working properly they did not provided any soap or towels in the washroom.
They forced us to buy there overpriced foods from the hotel they even charged us 30 rs for a 500 ml bottles of water which MRP was 10.
If I forget the extra price also the managers behavior is pathetic

Not a very satisfactory stay! The room was tiny with an obnoxious smell, dirty towels and bedsheets. There weren't any toiletries, nor any water. The receptionist seemed kind of rude.

Honestly speaking it was the worst experience any one could ever have. Small and dirty rooms. Fill with dust, uncleaned bed sheets, rude behaviour by receptionist and no outside food is allowed because they want to sell their unhygienic and over charge price foods.

Their staff is full of fraud.firstly we entered they made our booking.then they said their is no mood of online payment.then after 2 hours they said your booking is cancel we have to empty thy room right now and they did not refund our money. When we contact customer care.then they said we did not make your any booking and cancel.also. All of was done by them. Customer care also told us they make u fool and take money cash becuz after two hours they.can tell u to check out and not refunding money

I stayed in Room No. 306 @ OYO Abi’s Inn for a couple of nights in April last year. Having read the comments above I can completely understand, relate to and agree with the comments of fellow guests’ above where they’ve written about their bad experiences with the hotel reception staff which I’ve also faced myself — rude, arrogant and basically terrible attitude to have for professionals who are in the hospitality service sector. They seem to be only bothered about their OYO ratings — “5 stars” regardless of the fact that the guest experience might’ve been totally on the contrary. For the benefit of future travellers I also want to point out a few additional observations which might be useful knowledge for anyone who might be planning to stay there. From the moment I checked in and entered the room something about the room felt wrong. For the entire course of my stay (I had booked for 5 nights but decided to check out after a couple of nights) in that room I felt very uncomfortable.as if I was not alone in the room and that somebody was watching me all the time even when I tried to sleep. The first night I noticed that the light/lamp above started to suddenly swing sideways on its own. At that time neither the fan nor the AC was on and the room didn’t have any open windows which ruled out a draught of wind which might’ve made it swing like that. So that was strange but I was particularly distressed when I felt the bed shake in the middle of the night! (I know those of you reading my comment might think I’m crazy but I’m just sharing what I experienced in that room and don’t want anybody else to go through what I went through)

I also remember there was a strange framed painting of a bird hung on one the walls.probably just beside the main door opposite the white sofa. There was something disturbing about that painting as well especially the eye of the bird.as if the bird had life. It’s giving me the chills just as I’m remembering it. So I made sure to take it down and turn the face of the painting towards the wall. While I stayed in the room I felt drained of all my energies. I didn’t feel like doing anything but just sleep. Strange and scary experience frankly. So please be safe and do share if anyone has had any similar experiences while staying in Room. 306!

Service bad and delayed. No breakfast options. Only bread ommlate. Beds cann give u back ache. No TV and wifi was also not working. Washrooms were also not good.

Hello guys, let me explain in detail about good and bad experience of my stay at this hotel.
1. This hotel is at a prime location.
2. They serve tea cup directly to you without even a plate.
3. They serve u food in small plates so that u can be charged at the time of checkout for even a small mark on bedsheet (700rs) and mark on blanket cover (2000rs)
4. Among their 10-12 rooms, only 2-3 rooms have window and all other rooms are full of cigarette and bidi smell because of no exit of air
5. Food quality is so bad I would suggest you to please have an experience of such food. Maggi was awesome by the way.
6. Overall experience is very bad, In my opinion PM should look into this matter and work to improve the services.
