OYO 15971 Heera Holiday Inn

Booked the hotel through FabHotel website and upon reaching there they said that due to overbooking they cannot accommodate us and asked us to leave. Since we have paid the advance so we had the customer care of FabHotel and indicated the whole incident. After a series of confusion we were given the rooms but was also humiliated by the so owner called Ms. Hasina and her husband. Also the location of the hotel and the rooms are not worth the price paid.
But the housekeeping staffs were good and polite.

I had booked the hotel and paid 5k. Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking and spoke to Mr. Rahul Malhotra who says to be the owner of the hotel and was extremely rude and using foul languages when asked for the refund of the booking. The entire staffs are rude and bad behaved. Do not ever book this hotel.

Very bad very dissatisfied, very bad hospitality, disrespectful staff spoiled our trip, took money but didn't provide us the room and fought with us by saying us we are liers

i would never advice anyone to visit Kolkata.it's not a good place for gentle person.everyone here is want only money.but don't want to give you any service.a pathetic place to visit.

Non cooperative attitude of most of the staffs. In a word, most of the non bengali staff in hotel business are not so cordial and not maintain cleanliness. We checked 2 different mid budget hotel in this area both are dirty.
As like other bengali staff in ccu. He is one of the greatest man, big hearted person I have ever seen in Kolkata. But other hassels which you will face, made your journey hell.

If you booking this hotel think it is cheap so just dont they will put false allegations on you like stain on white towel and bedsheet which wear already dirty and charges you 500 600 extra so be aware even if you book and the owner hazina khan she is very rude so and you will get negetive hospitality.

Not at all, what I expected. The place is inside a narrow street. The room was just okay and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room service is very poor.
Avoid it. I booked it through MakeMyTrip and it is just not worth it.

Small rooms. Average hospitality. You can look this as an option for pocket friendly stays for few hours.

Don't get confuse as they incautiously advertise and may appear as in a well vicinity of Park Street. However, the premises in located in the narrow lanes and it's pretty difficult for a four wheeler to pave its way towards the hotel.

The major disappointing part is locality. You may see local guys unnecessarily roaming and performing bike stunts. Therefore, may cause a little discomfort for families (specially when you have ladies in company). My family attended a marriage reception at this premises and if I had known the locality before, possibly I would have dropped my plans. Rest I am not sure about the room tarrif or anything, if affordable this place is a good convenient spot if you have business to deal with around park street/esplanade area. Thanks.

I am not saying everyone is bad, but on leady (Mid age female) her behaviour is unaccepted.very bad behaviour, one more thing too much crowed just behind the room where I stay.

Basically we use this particular venue for it Banquet for interviews.
Decent place, could me maintained a bit more.

Worst experience. Breakfast finishes within 30 of starting. No stuff, no towel in room, dirty bathroom.overall worst experience.

An establishment which provide flats at different states on rental basis I booked a flat at Chinnai nice flat

The room were in pathetic condition, especially the bathroom and other room service were done by not interested people. Complementary breakfast is just for name shake

Place is accessible and in middle of city. But it need improvements in service when i went there they have just started there service, so it might seems service issue for me. Otherwise rooms are well furnished and they are new too.

The rooms are clean although slightly old-looking. They are spacious rooms. The bathroom was quite clean with hot water available all the time. Of course, one does not need hot water since it is quite hot in Kolkata all through the year. The housekeeping staff are regular and prompt.

Really value for money. Great place for a stay. Had a great time. Can't wait to visit again. See you soon guys.

Bad location. Bad hotel. Bad.bad.bad. I did not even check-in. It was so bad that I saw from outside and went to a different hotel.

Staff and services are good enough. Non the less the hotel management really take care of their hotel's cleanliness. Value for money. Except the hotel location is in a deep gully in Elliott road. Overall rating- 3 star

WRONG address! This hotel is at Eliot road 51. Anyway we stayed here one night and our feeling from oyo hotels confirmmed. The accomodation is in not so good condition. Smells bad and could be clearer.

I have booked this hotel through OYO for our trip to Kolkata. In the photos In OYO website the hotel looks good, but in reality is different. Smelly rooms, bad washrooms, pathetic complimentary breakfast etc.
I was charged Rs. 1400/day, it is overpriced for such a hotel like this. First of all its very hard to find, it is situated in a gally. My advice is never book through OYO or any other website. Go and check then if you find it Ok, book it. I will not recommend it to anyone. Such a bad experience. Not at all a good hotel for family people, Its Ok for people wants to stay anywhere.

I have been staying at different hotels in Kolkata for my business purpose. This is the Worst experience ever in this hotel. 1. Room was smelling really bad; 2. Found a rat in my room and I had to keep the door open at night to let it go; 3. The bed was not hygienic at all as you can see the the pillow in the picture in that room; 4. Poor and irresponsible behaviour by the staff/doorkeeper. When I was cheking out of the hotel, the doorkeeper asked for money and not letting the door of my cab to close. The staff members were laughing when I told them the presence of rat in the room and asked them to change the room.
My kind suggestion to owner: If you are doing some business, do it properly. Take care of the guests and maintain the hygenic condition of room as desease can spread bcoz of this. Its not only money, its also humanity.
