OYO 16394 Prantik Guest House

The only negative thing was the room we have been provided.it was not well painted, bed sheets were unclean. The AC was dropping water, except that all is very good and privacy was a positive point

This is a typical OYO Hotel only for couples, you people know what I mean. Decent peoples should avoid this place. Everything sucks except the elevator.

It was a night stay for my exams.
The location is just right beside the highway, so pretty good place. Though it don't have a bus stand nearby, you need to walk for at least 5 minutes.

Rooms are spacious, but not very clean. TV's have only 1/2 free channels. Wifi works fine though.
Bathroom of my room was in worst condition.
Didn't love the stay much.

Room was dirty and very shabby. The fan-regulator wasn't functioning, so wasn't the geyser. The room serves was pathetic for the price. They can really think on improving the quality of the place and services.

Did not visit the guest house. Went to the newly launched Cafe "Boho" which is pretty good!

1. Worst Room Condition.
2. Each and Everything is unhygienic.
3. Dirty Pillow cover and bed sheet also.
4. Window has no grill, you can jump from window.
5. Don't stay there.

I would declare it to be one of the worst hotels in this region! Quite fitting that even its OYO license has been revoked.

We had a 3 days’ stay - considering tall promises by the manager- Alas, we were blunty cheated and our faith was viciously shaken!

Had to face a lot of irk from our relatives!

Very Bad treatment by the manager and hotel staffs. They didn't even change the badsheets regularly. LED in the bathroom was faulty. Didn't change even after continuous complaints.

Booked 7 rooms during my wedding for my friends and family.what can i say, the list is very long.filthy rooms, tobacco stains all over the walls, rooms always smelt of cigarettes, dirty bedsheets, flushes not working, bathroom floor overflowing.would never recommend any one.

Prantik Guest house is located in Barasat. Star Mall is the nearby landmark. Rooms are good. All categories rooms are available. All amenities are available. Staff Behaviour is good. This is located in a prime location near Barasat and madhayamgram. Transportation facilities very good. Busses always available for Kolkata. Good quality food is available.

On Jessore Road, near Rubber factory. Opposite Majhar. A standalone building with no security on gate. List available

Avoid this hotel! I had faced dirty room as well as bathroom, broken ac, tv remote not working and the most important thing were the staffs. They r totally unprofessional and rude behaving. If u stay there u will definately write a review like me on the next day

Very poor.doesn't accept online payment, also this things are not updated on online portal.room services as bad as anything.

No cleaning staff available. Bathroom too dirty.mosquitoes influence.no online payment system available.

I booked it almost before 1 month, but on the date of checking in they called me & cancelled the booking. I had to book somewhere else with almost double price because of booking & checking in on the same day

The hotelier didn't accept our online confirm booking by saying that we don't accept any online booking under Rs. 1200. Totally harassing by the receptionist. Please don't book this hotel to avoid unnecessary harassment.

Average. Room AC was not working. Ceiling fan speed not so good. Inside switch is not operable. Lights and other things are operate outside. Washroom was clean.

Had an extremely bad experience with this place. In booking the place online, few months ahead, they confirm booking through Oyo. On the date of check in they say that they had cancelled the contract with Oyo.unable to do anything much at the last minute we booked the place. No light in bathroom. No sufficient lights in rooms, one side is always in darkness. Breakfast quality is below average. Washrooms are dirty. No supply of water bottles, they fill up Bisleri bottles and give in rooms. Lift is sticky and stops midway itself. No landline phone to contact reception or room service. We started 3 days, they never came for room service or chasing until we got angry n refused to make final payment. Water drips off the ac. I had no choice but to book this as I had a wedding to attend in Hridaypur.

Worst place in the world. The manager is the boss of fraud market. Has no sense of modesty, morality and behavior

Very bad experience.the worst hotel.the behavior of stuff and receptionist was very bad and their attitude was too much irritating.they didn't take care of their customers properly.i don't want to go there again.

I don't like management and all services.basically managers attitude was not good.he guided us rudely. And provide us uncomfortable room.and don't gave us another room to adjust comfortably

Everything was pretty good. Use of stuff is quite good.the fan was bad but the AC was running good. In all, it was not very bad. All the better.

Such a bad experience. I booked this through oyo, while check-in the manager said although a room has been booked in my name yet there is no availability. On asking when I'll be available, he said "no idea". Few minutes later he says I've to pay more to get a room and that Oyo's low tariff is not profitable! I could see he was stressed but that doesn't excuse the loud voice and the rude behavior. He surely has no sense about how to receive guests or be polite or to run a business for that matter.

I had a coupon and hence my whole price reduced to Rs. 900 when informed the guest house they said they won't provide AC rooms below Rs. 1000. At last I was shifted to another hotel by OYO.

Hated the stay, wrost oyo i have ever seen in my life, i am gona spead it to the social media as i am an youtuber, the room was not cleaned, no service boy was sent to the room even after calling several times, a.c wasnt working, washroom was not cleaned and i was forced to stay on that room as i paid already.

Rooms are not so good. You can stay there only for 1 night because it's location is very near to Ccu Airport.

Ac was not working properly, and they don't have microwave facility, otherwise everything was quite good.

This was the worst hotel provided by oyo rooms. The room was dirty, hair and marks were on the bed sheets. We had booked ac room but the receptionist told us we cann't provide you ac room, so we have to in a non ac room while we have paid for an ac room. The receptionist also told to give him extra Rs. 500 in cash to get an ac room. Now coming to the room, the room was very much dirty. There was no mirror in the bathroom. I would love to give 0 stars but it's not available here yet.

Very good behavior at Repception.
Good servise & helpfull (thnx), the room is very good and clean.

Stained linen, malfunctional hygiene faucet, no exhaust fan in washroom, elevator have collapsable gates, no in house restaurant, restaurant babumoshai is tied up for delivery at the rooms.

Dirty rooms, dirty lilen, no service. Room service stops after 5 PM. No lights in corridors. Wouldn't stay here with family ever!

Very bad experience! The hotel said couple friendly but this OYO accepts boys of 21 and girls of 19 age only. Other than that you can't check-in.
