Rooms good with working AC and geyser, well decorated, bathroom clean and spacious. Good for a night's stay

Communication is good for traveling. But the issue is that the roads are damaged totally due to rain. Otherwise it is good.

I am a regular at this hotel for last many years for official stay, detoriating day by day

Quite impressive but The inner look is dull than the outer Look, though the rooms are comfortable along with
compatible bed sets

Ordered Masala Kulcha but they delivered smoky burned kulcha when we asked them what is this they just replied this is their special item and they used to serve like this.even the tandoori roti we ordered was smoky flavored.worst food service and over priced.

Room service is very good.

Accordingly to some people food quality is very good. But it is very costly. Ambience is average. Its good for Rooms. Location is excellent.

A good hotel to stay and good food. There is a medium size banquet hall. A bar & resturant. It is at Bidhannagar area of Durgapur.

Bangaliana: Food is not at all good, quality is poor, taste is no so delicious. But price is too high. (Basi chicken & prawn)

Located in Durgapur, Hotel Pritika is a fabulous lodging with modish interior designing and soothing atmosphere. The bedrooms at the place have cream shade walls and dark wooden furnishings giving the rooms a magical appearance. The place offers the guests with free wi-fi facility so that they do not miss out on any important information and can stay connected to social networking sites

1. Restaurant.
2. Party hall or marriage hall

Very nice entrance and interior. Rooms interior is big and cleaned. Room services r also fine. Reception and staffs are very cooperative. Communication to inside the city and out side the city is comfortable from here.

The facilities provided are not upto the mark, no toiletries provided. Rooms do not have fans. The quality of food so so. And serving of food is very slow. Not a professionally managed hotel. Room numbers are very confusing. Banquet hall is not spacious.

The amenities provided were not upto the mark. To name some: a very very dirty and smelly quilt, no towels or toiletries provided like in normal hotels, the floors were not properly cleaned which resulted in dusty feet and subsequently dirty bedsheets (no doormats in the rooms). The rooms do not have proper ventilation and most rooms do not have fans relying solely on ACs which is a problem during winters.

Place is good but the behavior of the stuff is too terrible.
You might not be able to get room just because of the behavior of the receptionist

Now it is open, but family restaurant is not at all good, sitting table, chair are too old, like decoretor's arranged in their catering program, price is too high against they provide the foods and environment.

Excellent behavior of the staffs and owner. The quality of food is excellent along with the service. Location is also very good.

The place is ok. It is not anymore an oyo property anymore. Also the rooms in the 1st floor is better but in the 3rd floor it is not good. No shower heads and no jet spray in rooms of 3rd floor.

T his Hotel is located at Durgapur West Bengal and very best and beautiful I found. The people here is very good and familiar.

Somewhat okay. Not a professionally managed hotel. Although amenities are good. But nothing to mention about.

Service sucks, management especially employees does not know what does it take to be a "customer oriented" business. They will serve you water without glasses, you really need to ask for a glass. Doesn't even know how to talk to a customer with a smile put on his face.

I booked this hotel via oyo rooms. It was booked for my out of station important guests. They reached the premises to do early check in and were shocked to hear that the hotel does not entertain guests from oyo rooms. Meaning that they are no longer associated with the company. The staff were extremely rude. Oyo rooms then booked some other property which isn't under the category of 'premium'.
Don't know if this is callousness on part of the hotel management or the company of oyo but the hassels my guests had to face is extremely demeaning. As of 27.07.19 hotel pritika is no longer associated with oyo but is still showing as a premium hotel with great deals in the app. Please don't be fooled by booking at this hotel using Oyo. I would have given 0 stars but had no option but to give 1.

Come to enjoy the family restaurant and you will be surprised to find only five tables with chairs.only one waiter to cater all the tables from taking orders to serving to billing and many more.you will not be given water bowl rather shown the way towards wash basin that is also not nearby but you will have to cross three layers of hotel corridor to find it. It is hard job for family and children.

Good hotel.good food.drinks available on call.nice staff. 1 star less because ac don't work properly in many rooms.

Interiors are well decorated especially bathroom. Very interesting to see that a tiny refrigerator is kept in the room.

Exterior looks of the hotel are awesome.
They also have a Banquet Hall which is great.
But the room in which I stayed was quite small n the interior design of the room was not designed for comfort.
They have tried to jam everything in a small place which resulted in suffocated aeration.
The worst thing that happened with me was room service.
The TV was not working n i told them look into the issue, after 6 calls n 4 face to face complaints, they finally did it after 3 days, but we were leaving the next morning, so couldn't watch TV.
Poor Staff services n false promises.

Pritika is situated on one of the main roads of Durgapur town at the Pumphouse area (postal zone PIN 713212).
The atmosphere there is, of course of a busy road but no doubt peaceful and satisfying.

New hotel. The staffs are not so well trained so a little bit mismanagement happen but it was not grievous.

Rooms are really nice. All the other arrangements are also quite well organised. Price is also not so high at all.

My booking was confirmed from Oyo rooms with complete payment. Still they denied service and check-in. No coordination among hotel management.
