OYO 2038 Hotel Green Leaf Regency

First of all charged more than online price, no lift and no parking available for guests.
Very dirty rooms and bathroom, i had to change my room because of rat in the bathroom, i checked few other rooms but in all the rooms either AC is not cooling or bathroom or bed is dirty.
I would suggest to check the bedsheets and pillow covers properly before paying because they try to hide stains by turning them upside down and later say it’s washed regularly.
Definitely not recommended for family.
As per staff, property owner is having multiple business hence they rarely check and staff enjoy that ignorance.

Extremely bad service. Charged extra while checking in. The reception lady is the scammer and she is a total As**ole.

Horrible experience. They took booking through MakeMyTrip, but denied checkin on the day, saying they did not receive any information from MakeMyTrip. But that was a LIE, as later they found the booking in there system, but still denied checkin. So STAY AWAY from this cheater hotel.

Just a very bad owner. She bhver will very bad. We r booking 3 rooms on online 13th dec and and 14th dec Direct discussed and booked the room. But 15th dec we r present and request we say the plz 1 room booked. But very bad bhver owner no one entry that Oyo. We will very bad experience that hotel. And just same on the Oyo hotel. Very herus of all.

Nice hotel, great location near em bypass. All facilities are available in all room. Staff behaviour also very friendly.
