Such a terrible place.the pictures are very old.despite the outside inside the room not being sanitary. It's not a good place at all even for a one-night stay.

Not clean and there is lack of light in rooms nothing works and I would say it's better to search other hotels instead of this one

I am visiting first time at this place.rooms are not clean properly, bed are dirty. Nobody available for service intercom not working. I not suggest anyone to book this property.

Unhygienic, Dirty Room & Bed Sheet.
The staff behavior was rude, they are arguing repeatedly when I told them to change the dirty bed sheet. Even after ordering the food they are also asking for extra money.
Will not visit again that's for sure.
One of the most worst hotel.
Think twice before visiting this trash can.

Despite being a regular visitor they charged Rs. 200 extra in cash for OYO check-in, Never ever going back to this property again

One star is still very much for this mannerless fraud hotel. When I booked through goibibo for 6 night stay, they told me over phone that everything is good and you can check in but during the check in time, they changed their statement and told that you have paid very less through online and we can't let you check in. Then I called the local police and everything got sorted. They also charged me for the water in the last. There room cleaning service is too bad. TV and basin sink were not working also. So please stay out of this hotel.

Located right in the heart of the city. Very prime location.
Rooms were okay along the line of basic Oyo rooms and facilities
Service was very commendable.
We booked around 19 rooms for a Baraat Party. There were no complaints.
The night staff went out of their way to accomodate the guests and made sure everyone was comfortable.

And so called that bihari manager. Simply denied my check in and physically pushed me away from the reception and kept arguing with most of my family members.infact the payment was done before checkin.they also denied my payment and refused for a refund. Bihari manager is very uncultured arrogant and humiliative.never visit this group of oyo

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNEDUCATED uncultured staffs.

The rooms are large and spacious. Management are also good. Its perfect if you have a flight to catch as the location of the hotel is very close to Airport and the flyover reduces the traffic. Food for all three time could be ordered from the room itself and was delivered within 30 mins by the management with cutlery.

The rooms were a bit crammed and bathroom too is punny. The plus side is ofcourse it vicinity to the airport. So if you are on short business travel or some official visit and have a flight to catch early in the day or late late, you can stay here. The flyover besides leads directly to airport, so traffic won't bother much.

Property manager is very arrogant he don't know how to behave with customers. Outside food is not allowed but they are charging very high amount for poor quality of food.room is not clean no services provided for cleaning even they are not following the covid protocols.

Really bad experience. Room was totally untidy. Very small. No window. Tv was not working. Bedsheet, blancket was unclean. There was no food, no drinking water alsoo? As they said we can order lunch from here but after 30mins reception boy said that kitchen is closed from so many days so we need to order from outside. Really harreshed.i do not want to go there from next time. Nd plz guys do not go there.no sanitization, no temparature checking, no hamdwash.
Nd also the room was so muddy and dusty.

My booking was for one night i mean 24hours. But i compelled to checkout at 8p.m. Night just because there was no food, so undity, dusty and muddy and also no window.no water. O MY GOD. ITS HORRIBLE

It was very bad service from staff. Young boy at reception below age 18 was there who don't kNow to respect customer. He simply denied to accept online payment on Oyo App. Where as my booking was corporate booking. My BOOKING ID: HCEJ2051, still he force to pay by cash or UPI code at reception. He told me that we don't accept online payment or payment done by corporate agent on Oyo app. When we are booking online then why we can't pay online?

The AC was leaking on me. It felt like a light drizzle in the middle of the night.not romantic at all!

Everything else was fine.

I m deducting 1star because TV wasn't working and no handwash was given. Apart from that everything was good. Staffs are well behaved.
Rooms are clean. They also allow outside food (its just that they wont allow any delivery person to come up in the building, so you can simply collect your food from outside and come back to your room)

Well furnished and staff were really good. Nice food is also available. Butter mushroom is a must tty

It was arranged by our friend for his wedding. The location was very good, We have stayed there for 3 days. It was nice, Rooms were tidy & they don't have kitchen, So ine has to ho outside for food. A great hotel for the budget stay.

Washrooms and floor were really dirty and unhygienic. No towel or water provided by the hotel

Hotel is situated a bit interior from main road.services are provided after asking like water, soap until no one bother you.

Value for money. Room was very comfortable. Staffs were very polite. Little more cleaning required. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

The room was clean and good but the only disadvantage is that there is no reception downstairs and when we reached around midnight, the main gate was locked. We had to call the hotel by phone and they were prompt to unlock the door to allow us, but there was no lift and we had to carry luggage by stairs only. The breakfast was complimentary but we had to leave early and therefore not tried, but the morning tea is available only after 7am is too late for an eastern city like Kolkata where the sun rises earlier. Alternatively an arrangement for tea/coffee in room could have been better.
Else it is ok to pass a couple of nights for transit passenger or business visitors who would be busy whole day and need rest at night only.

Can I book this hotel for 1night with my married women partner who is older than me? If yes, then which Id proofs we have to submit?
