Very unprofessional staff.don't know how to talk with customer.rest rooms are good except cottage.its good that they serve vegetarian food.

I stayed here for just for one night. The room was clean and staff were kind. It's located right in middle of one of the most popular and central location of Kolkata - ParkStreet. It's definitely a pocket friendly accommodation and value for money for the location alone.
Wouldn't mind coming back here and staying

I stayed there for 10 days recently and paid around 35k. But guess what, they don't provide even 1 bottle of water complimentary. At the end of my checkout gave me water bill. Never experienced this before anywhere in India. Manager says we provide water only if u book directly through us (don't know who books without aggregators these days, and I am also interested to know traffic on their website).

They don't provide cutlery even if you are willing to pay for it. Front desk manager was rude saying that you hv to order food from hotel only then he'll provide. Again, never experienced this before.

Rooms are good, but don't expect service. Saddening to see such primitive practices still prevalent in metro cities like Kolkata. Not staying again here!

Great place to stay with all the happening places of Kolkata nearby to it with great brand shops and Street food with metro nearby. Hospitality services are too good and very caring staff

Rooms was good. But negligence in cleaning of room and toilet was observe by me. They had provided one towel for two persons.

Best place to stay in Camac Street Area in cheap and best rate nd services is really Awsome

Rooms are average but the location is 5 stars. Eateries of so many kind of park Street are within walkable distance.

Really loved my stay here. Rooms are great, especially the top floor ones which have access to the roof. The location is one of the most happening place with lot of restaurants and malls

It's not a value for money. And they serve only Veg and no non veg is allowed if you try to bring it from out. And it's a no Alcohol allowed.

Terrible! I checked in late at 12am and was so tired. I wanted the best so I booked the villa. The sheets was not clean. No water bottle in the room I had to call at 1am to get one and was chargeable! The villas are in 9th floor which is not mentioned online. And washroom was not okay needs a fix. I was really so inconvenient. I would recommend: don’t book online see the rooms or villa then pay.

Homely atmosphere. Nice location. Nice rooms and well maintenance, clean. Food are good. Sanitize all rooms. Staffs r very helpful.

Very pleasent stay, during this covid period they maintained all the safety protocals. The rooms and the foods was very good. Courteous staff and convenient location. Overall experience was nice and homely.

Nice hotel on terrace.close proximity to Park Street and other important places like embassy and Victoria memorial.

Moderate hotel, will surely stay if I ha e to go to US embassy next time. But rooms are too small for family to be here. Business trip is fine.

Pros: The hotel is so amazing.interiors are good.

Cons: the bed is so hard.you will experience like you are sleeping on the floor.

Just awesome and i loved this home! Very good service, location is very lucrative. Food is much better than other homes. Chironjit Mollik, room service manager was very much cooperative. Walking distance of Park street, Russell street, Shakespeare soroni. Metro station is very near by. It takes only 5mins to reach Esplaned by Metro.

The room and stay was good. However do book this only is u are sure to check out by 11.00am. Hotel staff is very adamant to make u checkout at 11.00am or else asked me to pay for next full day which confirms that there was no next booking done on that room. Even after I requested thrice that I would need to extend an hour and make checkout at 12.00 they said no which was rude. I have stayed in many hotels and everyone extends even 2 to 3 hours if the next booking is not there. This has to be flexible.

Both hotel and it's rooms stink, not worth a single penny.

Dude, they have banner at their desk that they do not entertain OYO bookings there, LOL.

Online fraud! Worst experience caused me USD 110, went their after confirmation payment. We came to know that their agreement expired with OYO. We stayed in another hotel.
Still trying get back USD110.

Good location and decent rooms. Food quality is not that great considering the price. Rest is okay.

Good one. Walking distance from park Street and Russell street. Only veg food is available. Nice and clean rooms. Room service is also good. Although Charges are little higher. Difficult to find the location.
