Worst hotel in darjeeling.staffs and hotel manager don't know how to treat guests. They misbehave with their guests.

Average service but the tour agent associated just leeches money from you the view is decent from the top floor of the hotel but the service is average and the food is costly

One of the big fraud hotel. & starff specially Big Thief Mr. Koshik.i made a booking for my guests Ms Jens x 2
guest was not happy and there is a big thief Mr. Koshik, he cheated my guests charge them extra money also grab my commission when I call him he never pick my phone b coz he build a new hotel from my commission.big thief.dont trust on this hotel.very very bad service
and dont trust them. I am going to send complaint hotel federation
and department of tourism Govt of india.

In our tour package last day was in Anjali Hotel, 2 Rooms. From the beginning the staffs are very (extreme) rude. They refuse to give any service. The rooms are so dirty to spent an hour. After complaining the manager the staffs behave like they are giving the shelter to a homeless people. And finally we left the hotel in the evening. Totally wate of money and they spoil that day.

They said us to book cab through them, so that they can earn commission. When we refuse, they didn't provide us any basic facilities.at night we went outside for dinner, after returing we found main door close. We had to wait a half hour. After opening door, we asked them, why door is locked without informing us? They started shouting and threatening us and said us to leave hotel at night.they charged rs 250/ for per dirty towels.never ever go book this hotel.u can be in danger in this hotel.i stayed there with my families including female and child.they also misbehaved with females

Very Very Bad Hotel. One of the worst hotel in Darjeeling, Staff Behavior are more pathetic. No room service! After so many requests. Generator, Warm Water not available. Dharamsala is more better than this hotel. Charging extra money for Complimentary breakfast and also trying for getting extra money by the manager.

Most worst hotel i cant seen ever.staff is very bad.no service here.its a very very worst hotel.dont come here never.pls dont come its a hell.

We booked 2x Classic rooms, while check in they provided cheap room with suffocated environment. There were no AC/fan in room. This hotel dosen't have any view of scenes. Mattress, pillow, blanket provided were not nearly clean. Quality of food provided by hotel was just ok. Staff behavior was good, no room service which sucks very bad. There are many good hotel arround, also this hotel is in backward position like 900m or so from the Mall. Don't go for this hotel if not emergency.

1. This seems to be a hostel instead of hotel, the owner there acts like warden.
2. Niether the room nor the toilets were clean and if you are booking online (oyo) then the room that will be given to you will be very small, it will not be as per the pics shown to you on the online platform.
3. Atlast at the time of checkout the staffs there will take your phone and will want to give the rating themselves.

Their picture doesn’t match with their real room quality. Their service are also very poor. I was confused that did they even clean their rooms once a year.
