OYO 26203 Hotel Ratnodeep

Worst hotel i have ever stayed. Tasteless food service in the package i visited during good Friday holidays in 2023.

All the furniture and electrical items are of very poor quality.

Not goood.the staff will force you to give good stars. The rooms are not upto the mark and amenities average.

First the location here mentioned in the Google is not in actual.this hotel is so so not so good not so bad

3.very silent and natural environment outside
cons: -
1.outside room ally, stairs too dirty

2.alcohol and smoke smell outside the room.how can the hotel allowed this.outside the others room door alcohol bottels keeps for whole days.can you imagine I am with my wife and living a hotel with smokers and drunkers which is not acceptable for oyo hotels.

3.intercom service is not available. I got the room in 3rd floor and no intercom.

4.no lift facility and our room is at 3rd floor

5.no restaurant menu list in the room.that means there is no room delivery for foods.you have to go to the ground floor and go to their restaurant.

6.complimentary breakfast was below average.only 2 bread butter and cup of tea. I stayed many oyo hotels they provide minimum 3 bread butter, boiled egg and sweets.

7.if you want to go to the sea beach in the morning you have to wait till 7: 00 a.m. They said 6: 00 a.m. They will open the gate.but i wait for 1 hour, there was no one in the reception till 7: 00 a.m.
8. No room balcony facility available for Classic ac rooms!

Not bad.comparatively better than other hotels.the telephone wasn't working hence the room service facility wasn't available. Everytime we had to go downstairs to the reception for any kind of requirement. Some things can be improved but overall the stay was comfortable as compared to others

Little far from old digha main market, But superb location. Average room & toilet. Food average.

The receptionist is very cool and helpful. The rooms was good. Foods are awesome.and the hotel room service was awesome.

Take a Toto, auto, van or cab an reach Hotel Ratnodeep within 15 mins. It is located in Old Digha near State Bank Of India (SBI). The rooms are nice & well decorated. You can avail free WiFi but only on the ground floor in the reception area. Manager and staffs are well mannered and helpful. Need improvement in room service facility. TV and AC was not properly working in room no 404. They also have a restaurant on the ground floor where you will get veg and non veg dishes at reasonable prices, chicken curry was tasty. The sea beach is approx 5 min walking distance but if you want to take a bath at the main old Digha beach it is little far. Overall a nice experience staying there.

Hotel manager not cooperative. Rude behavior from them. Not book a room through Oyo in this hotel.
