OYO 2766 All In One

Had a very very bad experience with OYO 2766 All in One CK 69 CK Block, Sector 2, Salt Lake City. Today i.e 31/07/23 we had booked a room here, our Room no 111. The room was very untidy specially the bathroom. We had booked it seeing the good pictures posted on their website which is utterly misguiding. And to top it all the reception guys (there were two of them) both unpolite and noncooperative. Our car was on its way to pick us and as it was raining heavily, we requested them to open the gates full so that the car can come inside and we can load our luggage without getting wet, but they outrightly refused as there was a bike parked inside which the reception guys didn't move, we ourselves had to move it aside for the car to come inside.
Very disgusting.we travel a lot and have never come across such a bad experience, specially with OYO
This is an eye opener to all those who intend to book at OYO 2766 All In One.it is not what is shown on their website.

Very bad rooms unhygienic washroom staff behever is very bad dirty wall dirty washroom AC not works proprly n the the room service r bad. I forgot to take my dress Then I called the hotel and they said We have cleaned the room we can't back We couldn't find anything. I mean seriously this kind of service OYO provided? Totally disappointed
