Don't book through OYO. OYO has been cheating and harrassing customers. The Hotels don't want to allow customers at low rate whereas OYO already takes payment from customers in advance. The situation is a nightmare for customers. #ShameOnOYO

Very poor service.no water supply in bathrooms.bathroom taps are damaged and not maintained. Staffs are very lazy and do not responds to any requests. When you complain to the manager he reacts as he do not knows that the bathroom taps are damaged. They charge 1200-1000 rupees for a room but their service and room quality is just zero.

3rd class hotel service in the city. They don't care about guest after hotel booking. Even they don't pickup the call of guest. They provide fooding service from the restaurant called HELLO HUNGER worst food ever. If you trust my review then don't book their room or try your own.

Customer service is very bed. Not a single towel provided by hotel service stuff and Food quality of Hello hunger is too poor.

I booked this hotel to see its near kolkata airport. But its my worst experience to stay 15 days tour in India. Staffs are not well behaved, not cleaned bed cover & room. Its not suitable for family. Solo traveler can stay for pass the night.

Rooms are quite small, and no ventilation at all, no cleaniness of blanket and bed sheets when you for 2-3 days, no out side food allowed and also they don't have their own kitchen. The rooms are made up some sort of hard board partion so you can hear what your neighbour are talking. One can prefer to book other OYO nearby this by just paying 200 bucks extra.

Location is very good. Room is very small. Double room also small. Bed is too small. After one night stay they not change bedsheets and pillow cover.

Very small rooms with very basic amenities. But then that's what you get at that price. Plus side, staff is cooperative.

Hotel room and toilet is good. Behavior of hotel staff (specially DEBASISH.the receptionist) is also good. But 4 points I want to share with you. 1st: one wall clock should be inside the room. 2nd: after switching off the main lights of inside the room, the room is totally dark. So one night lamp should be there. And 3rd: Though the option of packing drinking water is there and service is very good.but they should provide normal drinking water (in Jug/glass) at free of cost inside the room. 4th: one more thing is very important that is a Door bell. Thank you so much.

It's really a nice and clean room with full of services. They will provide waters every time, and any type of help need they will help you. Great experience

A good place to stay for couples and family. But the staff is slow responding service is only for name. If you will ask for something from reception they will be responding after two three calls or may not respond even then.location is good.but not recommended if you want to just relax and want all the things by your side.

Worst experience ever, service is very poor and washroom was very bad condition. Many times some one knock our door and run away, when we complain at reception they are deny, not the right place for couple.

The room we got was so small, bed was very dirty and yellow spots were everywhere and the room and bathroom both were smelling bad. Even there was no generator facility and we faced 1 hour power cut.
