Very expensive, room small, but staff is helpful, location is good, provide towel and soap, AC in good condition & AC remote is available.

Darun room, great service & ofcourse perfect food, all in one beside the main road (G. T. Road)

Place is good but it cost so much I spend only 2 hours it cost me for 1350 rupees and it take my adhar identity also

Dirty rooms, sheets, covers not changed at all, blankets not washed for a decade, AC remote doesn't work, bathroom dirty, excessively slow service and not even any filter water dispenser. Buy ₹20 bottle at 30. Nail in the coffin point it costs more than many better quality hotels nearby. Never again for me.

Rooms are good, well built neat and clean.
But we found leech and other insects. Also the blankets were smelling

The room and toilet was dirty. Blankets had cockroaches crawling on it. Horrible experience.

Nice food. All staff very good. Tourist friendly. Neat and clean all decorators. Very nice service. All kind of food available here. Youngest boy service is very good tapas mondal is a manager in this restaurant.

Rooms are neat and clean. Rooms are well equipped. Foods are slightly costly but the food quality is good. Lift, cctv like features are there. Safety features are good. Facilities provided by the hotel is top notch.

It's a 6ft by 10 ft room.
TV not recharged even after repeated request.
Toilet will make you feel of Indian railway toilets at station.
It's my 4th stay at oyo and it's the worst, surprisingly the costliest.

Pathetic Experience, I have booked for 3 persons but at the time of check in they denied for Extra persons and extra mattress

Service and staff behaviour is very good. Couples are allowed. Rooms are moderately spacious and clean. The low point is only the price is a little on the higher side compared to the amenities it provide with the restaurant being the most expensive part.
